Use of coaching as an educational method in business organizations

Considering the frequent and fast changes, technology development, new processes and globalization, education becomes more and more important. It impacts not only individuals but also organizations that need to have high quality employees who will be able to react to the changes and adapt to new conditions. To ensure process effectiveness, it is necessary to select appropriate educational methods when educating employees. This thesis deals with coaching, and its aim is to evaluate the possibility of using coaching as an educational method in business organization. In the theoretical part, the comparative and content-analysis methods were used and in the empirical part the data were collected through questionnaire and semi-structured and unstructured interviews. Research was executed among employees of business organizations, human resources personnel and managers who had experience with coaching. It was supplemented by an interview with a professional coach who provides coaching in organizations. The goal of the survey was to identify benefits of coaching for employee education and to detect its potential constraints. Title: Coaching the coach in the game Aims: To diagnose coaching performance in two competitive matches of youth category. In the following, I will focus on the forms of coach behavior and postural activity. Research questions: How and in what form should the coach motivate his players in a match? What influence will the match and its result have on the coach and his postural activity in the monitored matches? How does the coach give instructions and feedback? Methods: To achieve the goals I use the method of observation, audio and video recording method and the method of teaching interaction (ADI) Results: The objective of this work was accomplished. Leading players in a tennis match - coaching

ON- COURT COACHING IN TENIS - COACHING Objectives: The main objective of this thesis is to contribute to the topic of "on-court coaching", to find out the up-to-date experience of the tennis players and coaches, their opinion on the ideal coach and their attitude towards introduction of the on-court coaching into the tennis tournaments. Methods: We have used qualitative inquiry methods in our work. To obtain qualitative data, we have created two structured and controlled interviews. Two groups of subjects were used (players and coaches) to get two sets of results. We have deliberately chosen the subjects and then expanded results using "the snowball" mechanism. For evaluation, we assigned codes to certain sets of texts, classified them and commented on them. Some of the resulting answers were converted into relative frequency. We have analyzed acquired data to interpret the results question by question. First, we evaluated data from the "coach" group of respondents, then from the "players" group. Discussion is often part of the result interpretation. We have also frequently compared the result between the two target groups. Coaching in Construction Engineering

The bachelor‘s thesis deals with what today’s modern era of technology in construction management looks like. The thesis goes on to deal with some basic concepts, the main tasks of management, the ethics of managers and the handling and management of change. The work expands into a discussion on coaching. Specifically the practice of coaching, what coaching is as a concept, and the application of coaching when working with people. Finally, the dialogue moves onto present the basic tools available to managers, as well as the effective application of those tools. The end of this thesis is devoted to practical verification using a questionnaire, and concludes with his evaluation.

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of education with emphasis on the coaching of employees in the consulting company. Its purpose is to map this system. To accomplish the goal, SWOT analysis is used to evaluate its strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats. thesis is divided into 3 parts, namely the theoretical, methodical and practical. The theoretical part defines basic concepts related to corporate education and coaching. The methodical part details the aims of this work and the methods used in the research. The practical part is focused on the analysis of the current state of education in the company XY with an emphasis on coaching.
