The bachelor thesis focuses on the revitalization and modern design of the current Olšovec campsite. This campsite in Jedovnice was chosen because it does not meet current requirements and its lucrative location creates an opportunity that is not fully exploited. The work focuses not only on revitalisation but also on taking into account current trends and adapting to the requirements of existing clients. The overall design is created in the style of ecology and symbiosis of architecture with nature.

The purpose of this bachelor's thesis is to make a business plan for the establishment of a stellplatz on land that is owned by my father. In the analytical part, I will evaluate the current state and the overall starting position for the practical part. I dedicate the practical part to a specific business plan, its financing, the necessities without which the plan would not have taken place and, last but not least, its evaluation, whether the business plan is feasible at all.

Mapping Survey of western part of camp Olšovec in Jedovnice

This bachelor theses deals with the creation of thematic map of the western part of the camp Olšovec in Jedovnice. The thesis includes information about the locality, equipment, main measuring methods and chronological order of partial steps that lead to the completion of the map. The main outcome is a map in scale 1:500 in the 2nd accurancy class according to ČSNS 01 3410 in S-JTSK coordinate system and Bpv altitude system. The map captures the state of the locality in June 2021.

Restoration of limestone in Grygov

The subject of this bachelor thesis is reconstruction of historical building of the limestone in Grygov. This project is based on the subject AG034 Studio of Architectural Design IV - Restoration of Monuments. The main topic of the studio work was to think about the appropriate use of a building of limestone with the extant circular limekiln and adjacent area of former site of limestone, and to create an architectural study. The thesis include plan to convert building and adjacent land to the cultural-educational facility with camp. Rooms of building is going to be use for various cultural and non-cultural social events. The whole land is going to be recultivated and rearranged for use of citizen. It´s attempt to return to the original values of the building´s appearance. This values were suppress during the years. At the same time It´s preserve essence of its place. The new interventions are solved with respect to native construction. Together them are create harmonic connection between the old historical part and the new timeless part.

The theoretical part gives definitions of basic concepts of both the marketing mix and other analyzes that can be used to improve the company's success. The analytical part contains an analysis of the current state of the company and its marketing mix. The last part proposes changes that will improve the current situation of the company and its marketing mix.

Space of cyclic change

The project on the theme of space cyclical change seeks to respond to changes in the needs for space use throughout the year. The building will serve as a campsite with exclusive sea views in summer, while in winter it responds to the phenomenon of bird migration, when the site will become a nonbreeding area for birds from the Nordic countries of Scandinavia.

Hevlín – place in the landscape

The thesis Uncharged-charged – new energy for the customs house building deals with a project of a community and cultural centre with an accommodation that reflects specific needs of the rural region on the borders. The core is a conversion of unused historical customs house building near the Hevlín–Laa an der Thaya border crossing to an attractive place serving especially the locals as a supportive environment for their activities. It also brings a new cultural options to the region. The layout adjusts the building to its new function and supports some of the qualities of the current state. There is a new building added as an accommodation for the tourists (especially cyclists and canoeists) travelling at the international cycle tracks or the river Dyje, which cross the location. Also there is a newly designed orchard/campsite surrounding the buildings serving for the accomodation as well.

The diploma thesis is dealed with the significance of the quality of the campsites services and the significance of the service quality factors in the Vysočina region. The aim of this diploma thesis is to identify the quality factors, which visitors perceived as important. It is analysed, how visitors are satisfied with these factors. The thesis is also focused on the identification of quality factors influencing the loyalty of campsites visitors. There is examined the dependence of the loyalty and significance of the quality factors on the gender, age and education of the respondents. The data was obtained through the own questionnaire survey. The data was processed by statistical methods. Based on the results of the questionnaire survey, the recommendations for operators of campsites are formulated.
