The master’s thesis deals with the creation of the business plan for an educational agency and the main task of this thesis is to assess whether to implement the plan or not. In the first part there is a theoretical basis for the following two parts. In the second part, the author analyses the external and internal environment of the company. This diploma thesis deals with harvesting electrical power from renewable resources - natural raw materials, specifically from biomass, by means of energy producing equipment - biogas station. Theoretical part is focused on possibilities of energy production from renewable resources, analysis of administrative measures connected both with power engineering legislature and limited company establishing. It deals with procedures necessary for implementation of the plan and funding possibilities - grants and long term bank loans. Following analytical part is aimed to particular identification of surroundings, chances and risks connected with proposed design. Prospectus with the objective of establishing limited company BS Cerekvice nad Loučnou, s.r.o. is described in the project; this company will be focused on construction and operation of biogas station, producing electric power and heat.

Analysis of the Prague Congress Centre and Its Activities on the Czech and Foreign Markets

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the position of the Prague Congress Centre (PCC) on the Czech as well as on foreign convention industry markets, and suggest changes which could improve its position on these markets. The thesis is divided into eight chapters. The first three chapters are the theoretical basis of the thesis. The fourth chapter introduces the PCC and its history. The fifth chapter focuses on the external environment analysis, and the internal environment analysis is conducted in the sixth chapter, whilst the seventh chapter focuses on the SWOT analysis of the PCC. The objective of the eighth chapter is to identify the potential of the PCC, and confirm or disprove the hypothesis that the PCC is competitive on the national and international convention industry markets. On the basis of the findings, it is possible to describe the position of the PCC on the domestic market as relatively strong, but its future is uncertain. Its position is weaker on the foreign markets. It is also possible to confirm the hypothesis that the PCC is competitive on the both national and international convention industry markets.

The main aim of this bachelor thesis was to evaluate the present situation of a company by means of selected analyses of internal environment and to propose optimal strategy and possible changes for maintenance or improvement of market position upon the data found this way. An insight into the internal environment of selected company from the point of view of internal audit of resources, financial analysis and SWOT analysis is the contribution of the thesis.

Therefore marketing strategy and its implementation into the management is big competitive advantage. Theoretic part of the thesis includes strategic analysis of external and internal environment of the enterprise which is summarized by SWOT analysis. Marketing strategy based on strategic analysis conclusions is defined in several areas: main marketing goals, human resources, product portfolio, price, distribution and communication.
