Hlavním cílem mé bakalářské práce bylo zhodnocení současné situace podniku pomocí vybraných analýz vnitřního prostředí a na základě takto zjištěných údajů navržení optimální strategie a možných změn pro udržení či zlepšení pozice na trhu. Přínosem práce je pohled na vnitřní prostředí vybrané společnosti z hlediska interního auditu zdrojů, finanční analýzy a analýzy SWOT. The main aim of this bachelor thesis was to evaluate the present situation of a company by means of selected analyses of internal environment and to propose optimal strategy and possible changes for maintenance or improvement of market position upon the data found this way. An insight into the internal environment of selected company from the point of view of internal audit of resources, financial analysis and SWOT analysis is the contribution of the thesis.
