Film production and its use in promoting the Czech Republic among residents

This diploma thesis analyzes the development potential of film tourism for the domestic tourism of the Czech Republic. The aim is to determine whether the Czech Republic is perceived by residents as an attractive tourist destination for leisure or vacation and if they would be interested in film tourism products. The introductory chapter is devoted to the definition of basic concepts relating to tourism and destination marketing. The second theoretical part pays attention to film tourism and its characterization, including the definition of the concept, history of the development of film tourism, typology of film tourists and a description of its forms and products. Closely are described the possibilites of using the film as a destination marketing tool in the different life stages of the film (before, during and after filming) and the function of individual institutions dedicated to the promotion of film regions in the country. The practical part analyzes the development potential of film tourism in the Czech Republic, which is based on the analysis of secondary sources and a survey among residents. The attention is payed to the popularity of czech film production, the current state of the domestic tourism and to the offer of film tourism products in the Czech Republic. The last chapter is devoted to the proposal of a solution of film tourism product for a selected destination of the Czech Republic - Usti Region.
Presumption of development domestic tourism in selected area - district Třebíč

The bachelor thesis deals with conditions for development of domestic tourism in the chosen area district Třebíč. The main object of this work is to identify the assumptions through analysis of domestic tourism in the district Třebíč, but on the basis of a shortlist was selected by the Třebíč. The secondary objective is based on a field investigation to determine how it affects the attendance area enrollment specified in the list of UNESCO. From the information obtained from the field investigation was prepared by a tourism product that is designed for children and their parents. As a product for this segment was designed educational, fun and adventure event, based on Trebic legends.
Analysis of the products of travel agencies in domestic tourism in relation to Slovakia

The subject matter of this diploma thesis is to analyze the products of selected travel agencies in domestic tourism in relation to Slovakia. The aim of this thesis is to analyze their offer in terms of depth and width, and also find out how travel agencies are involved in this type of tourism. The first part of the thesis defines the theoretical basis and terms used in the following sections. The second chapter describes the Slovak Republic as a destination of domestic tourism, discusses the current state of domestic tourism, but also the attractiveness and preconditions for its development. The third chapter presents the specific characteristics of selected travel agencies and analysis of their product portfolios. The final section is devoted to the comparison of offers, evaluation of analysis and drawing conclusions and recommendations.
Tourism for Minorities Living in the Czech Republic

The main aim of the thesis is to investigate the function of the tourism market for the selected minority living in the Czech Republic, which is the Vietnamese minority. Based on field research to prepare an adequate product and find out the possibility of further tourism development for the minority. The thesis analyzes this particular minority, which is a very close-knit community. However, it would be an exaggeration to say that the Vietnamese community is entirely closed to the outside world when it comes to traveling. In the last chapter through a personal questioning was prepared sample suitable product innovation.
Marketing communcation of CzechTourism - internet marketing in domestic tourism

The theoretical part includes the basic rules of marketing, set in the context of tourism through marketing the competitive destination, and internet marketing. The following chapters focus on the role of the CzechTourism in the field of tourism in the Czech Republic. Describe CzechTourism's marketing plans, including marketing campaign to promote domestic tourism. In the end the work focuses on the internet marketing through a basic analysis of the Czech domestic tourism website's homepage (www.kudyznudy.cz).
Tourism in Vitorazsko countries and its impact on domestic tourism

The main aim of this thesis was to point out influence of tourism in Vitorazsko micro region on tourism of South Bohemia region in terms of domestic tourism by its analysis. The partial aim was to point out possibilities of development of tourism in Vitorazsko by using results of accomplished field research. Next partial aim was to propose a new tourism product and its innovation based on the research results. The first step to work on was studying literature, which leaded to creating literary research and after that the situational analysis of Vitorazsko micro region was created. Then the field research was made and on its basics the new product of tourism in Vitorazsko micro region was composed. The new product of tourism is a package of services called Weekend stay with Vitorazsko pig- slaughtering. In the price of the package the active participation on pig- slaughtering process, consumption and meal preparation is involved.
Taste the Czech Republic - Czech Specials

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is look into realization of project Czech Specials in practise. The thesis is divided into 4 chapters. The first chapter deal with the importance of gastronomy, marketing and gastronomy. The second one is also theoretical and is focesed on the history and characteristics of the czech cuisine. In the third chapter, there is presented the project Czech Specials. The last chapter contains an evaluation of own research in certified restaurants and survey and the proposals on changes which were determinated on the basis of the evaluation and could be implemented into.
Questions of promotion of domestic tourism in the Czech Republic

The thesis deals with the promotion of domestic tourism in the Czech Republic, which gains its importance at the time when the world is facing challenges of globalization, such as the recent economic crisis was, that greatly hampered international tourist arrivals. Its promotion has been neglected for long time in the CZ and its development started practically in the new millennium. The goal of the thesis is to analyze the current promotion of domestic tourism, particularly activities of the CzechTourism office which is the main institution promoting tourism in the Czech Republic. The practical part presents marketing and commercial communications, their tools, features and new trends, continuing with the promotion of tourism destination, its marketing mix and the role of destination management. The theoretical part introduces the Czech Republic as a tourist destination, maps coordinating tourism authorities and mainly analyzes the current communications of the CzechTourism agency, with special emphasis on domestic tourism. In the end it presents some recommendations for promotion in the future.
The trends of domestic tourism of population in the selected region - Ustecky kraj

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to find out how the new trends in tourism are implemented in the Ústí region and to analyze the current state of the Ústí Region. Also to analyze consumption behavior of the population in the area of domestic tourism. The secondary aim was preparation of the product package for tourist and to suggest and innovate the actual offer of the services to improve visit rate of this region.
