Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit fungování trhu cestovního ruchu pro vybranou menšinu žijící v České republice, čímž je Vietnamská menšina. Na základě terénního šetření připravit adekvátní produkt a zjistit možnosti dalšího rozvoje cestovního ruchu pro danou menšinu. Práce analyzuje tuto specifickou menšinu, která je velmi uzavřená, avšak nelze říci, že je zcela uzavřená okolnímu světu z hlediska cestování. Nakonec byla pomocí osobního dotazování připravena inovace ukázkového vhodného produktu. The main aim of the thesis is to investigate the function of the tourism market for the selected minority living in the Czech Republic, which is the Vietnamese minority. Based on field research to prepare an adequate product and find out the possibility of further tourism development for the minority. The thesis analyzes this particular minority, which is a very close-knit community. However, it would be an exaggeration to say that the Vietnamese community is entirely closed to the outside world when it comes to traveling. In the last chapter through a personal questioning was prepared sample suitable product innovation.
