It analyzes the main reasons and benefits of implementing process management in the company. Specifies the different areas where it is possible to implement process management, and compares the practicality of this implementation with the theoretical knowledge. The last section describes processes and models created by some of these processes in an company, engaged in retail sales at a distance.

Market segmentation is growing as customers become more and more demanding for individual products and exclusive services. Companies are introducing new applications and products across many industries , that can be tailored easily to specific customers and markets. To be successful, the organisations have to offer a high level of customisation and customer-centric processes. However, traditional companies in financial, telecommunication and insurance industry struggle with the technological challenges associated with becoming customer focused enterprises. The aim of this thesis is to define the products catalogue framework, that will provide products bundling and customisation capabilities with user-friendly GUI. Therefore, the most of the work can be designed by business users without additional intensive development efforts. Extended Manipulation of Music File Playlists and Metadata in GMPC

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to design and supplement a client application for the music server Music Player Daemon (MPD), which allows editing local music files and downloading data from internet services. Along with provide extraordinary operations with playlists and extracts tempos from songs. Before solution of application, we can find theoretical analysis, which includes a description of metadata, music data formats and an analysis of MPD and GMPC. In the last chapters of the work is a description of the application solution ending with the evaluation of the results.

Using ICT for Support Business Processes

The aim of this work is to identify those principles and ICT solutions that are necessary for the effective implementation of business processes in the SME sector. In the introductory part of the thesis describes the key aspects that the company must implement in order to successfully implement process management in the organization. Based on the techno aspects - performance indicators are identified and described the work of the various ICT solutions and principles. The focus of work is placed on the description of workflow and groupware solutions. Part of the work is a case study that demonstrates the identification of needs for ICT SME companies and constitutes a specific ICT solutions for economically sustainable model for process-oriented approach in the company. The conclusion summarizes the findings for each deployment process approach supported by information technology.

Vyslédná implementace ukazuje jak tento přístup se používá pro tvorbu sady web komponent, která obsahuje všechny potřebné elementy pro uživatelské konzoli jBPM.
