Cílem této práce je identifikace těch ICT principů a řešení, které jsou nezbytné pro efektivní implementaci firemních procesů v SME sektoru. V úvodní části práce jsou popsány klíčové aspekty, které musí firma zvážit, aby bylo možné úspěšně implementovat procesní řízení v organizaci. Na základě těchto aspektů – indikátorů výkonu jsou v práci identifikovány a popsány jednotlivé ICT řešení a principy. Důraz práce je kladen zejména na popis workflow a groupware řešení. Součástí práce je případová studie, která demonstruje identifikaci potřeb SME firmy na ICT a představuje návrh konkrétního ICT řešení pro ekonomicky udržitelný model procesně orientovaného přístupu ve firmě. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty jednotlivé poznatky pro nasazení procesního přístupu podporovaného informačními technologiemi. The aim of this work is to identify those principles and ICT solutions that are necessary for the effective implementation of business processes in the SME sector. In the introductory part of the thesis describes the key aspects that the company must implement in order to successfully implement process management in the organization. Based on the techno aspects - performance indicators are identified and described the work of the various ICT solutions and principles. The focus of work is placed on the description of workflow and groupware solutions. Part of the work is a case study that demonstrates the identification of needs for ICT SME companies and constitutes a specific ICT solutions for economically sustainable model for process-oriented approach in the company. The conclusion summarizes the findings for each deployment process approach supported by information technology.
