Recommendations as everyday practice of each of us

This thesis deals with recommendation as the omnipresent phenomenon, especially its mechanism of functioning. Recommendation is a common part of communication of each of us. It contains a conversation on any topic with friends or acquaintances that have certain experience with given topic and on the ground of this experience they intentionally provide negative or positive reference for the product, service or event discussed. It is not rare that the essence of recommendation is used for marketing and commercial purposes as for example various advertisements, websites or specific mobile applications. Recommendation is a specific form of social communication and we can look at it from more points of view. It is usual to divide communication situation using traditional models to participants, content, form, intentions and effects. These general findings are in this thesis connected with particular parts of life as entertainment, services, basic things and products of daily consumption, extra products and social relationships. As emerged from the analysis of the interviews, key concept of recommendation mechanism is trust. It plays an important role in all parts of recommendation structure. Finally, the results from the analysis are compared with findings from expert literature and previous researches.
Social communication

The work deals with social communication. Basic formal work arrangements is conducted from the theoretical anchoring the topic of practical knowledge in the field of social communication youth. The space here is devoted to the definition of social communication, comparing her relation with interaction and by negotiation, further then her frame (communication act, actors, communication channels - communication media, functions and purpose of the communication). For orientation deals with social communication, socialization of youth in the family, school and friends. Paies also free time youth and his usage. Followed by a section containing the results of my own empirical investigation and comparison with previous studies.This part is devoted to my own case study of the social communication of youth in chosen Kolínsko region. It detects means of communication used by youth, it deals with the question whether the youth prefer the possibilities of personal communication or the usage of modern means of communication; which communication topics they use with their friends and which they use with their parents and what is the purpose of communication with different types of communicators (parents / friends). Social communication

The work deals with social communication. Its main task is to structure the subject and to apply the social communication analysis focused on youth group. In its first part, the theme is conceived in general. It defines the term and its place in sociology and other social sciences. The work characterizes a framework of social communication (communicative act, participants, communication channel). It also describes the division of communication means and their possibilities. It analyzes the content and styles of communication process, functions and purpose of social communication. It also discusses the factors that affect communication (communication context, the means used for communication, participating persons and social environment). Internet and the Holy See

This diploma thesis called Internet and the Holy See deals with a specific question concerning relationship between the Catholic Church and media. It examines development of the attitude of the Holy See to the Internet in context of its attitude to mass media on the basis of exploration of ecclesiastical documents related to media and analysis of Internet and mass media use in practice. It takes the Internet as the latest fundamental milestone in development of human communication and probes how the Catholic Church represented by the Holy See deals with this phenomenon. Name of this thesis begins with the word Internet, to indicate perspective chosen on this topic. In the last chapter there are conclusions emerging from analysis of ecclesiastical documents compared with actual use of the Internet by the Holy See.
Social interaction of internet users described on the example of online music community

This bachelor thesis deals with the interaction between musicians and listeners on the internet. It describes selected communication tools of web 2.0, their benefits and drawbacks. The thesis is also concerned with the issue of self-presentation on the internet and the factors affecting it. Social communication on the internet is placed in the context of today's changing music industry. The thesis illustrates innovative usage of communication tools by musicians in six short case studies. The last part summarizes collected the findings of the research and offers an explanation as to why the social communication in music community will maintain its place in the future. Hidden curriculum in memories of graduates of primary school

In the work is described hidden curriculum in memories of primary school graduates. The aim of this thesis was to describtion the relations and communication in the classroom in the memories of primary school graduates. The work is divided into four parts. The first chapter defines the term curriculum, the second chapter deals with the concept of the hidden curriculum and the third chapter is named The school. The fourth chapter contains qualitative research, to which were used in-depth interviews in three respondents. When describing relations and communication in one and the same class.
The Importance of Social Communication Abilities in Relation to the Quality of Economic Education

The thesis deals with social communication in economic education with special focus on actual level of students' communication abilities within selected institutions. The special attention is paid to the aspects and the competencies that are crucial to be developed. The work is divided into two parts and two related research problems. The base of the thesis lies in the application of rhetorical and social communication aspects into economic subjects in which the influence of these aspects on the quality of presentation is researched with the help of experimental method and observation. The presentation is focused on economic topic that is presented by students to their colleagues. The evaluation is focused on final quality of presentation (evaluated with the help of selected aspects). Next key part of the thesis is aimed on the development of students' ability to give the arguments in economic subject with the help of active teaching methods. The influence of active teaching methods on students' knowledge is assessed. The students are divided into two groups; the first one is taught with the help of active teaching methods, the second one via classic frontal teaching method. The knowledge of the topic is evaluated by didactic test. The fundamental meaning of active teaching methods with focus on argumentation is highlighted because of its crucial importance for future students' acting in the labour market. The importance of differences between pretest and posttest is evaluated via Paired Two Sample t-test; the importance of differences between experimental and control group via Student's t-test. The main methods used in the work are experiment, observation, scaling, survey, didactic test and statistic interpretations such a Shapiro-Wilk test, F-test, Paired Two Sample t-test, Student's t-test. On the basis of the results there will be suggested integration of rhetorical and communication aspects and of the selected active teaching methods into teaching of economic subjects. The purpose of the work is to show the importance of communication aspects integration into teaching of economic subjects and to suggest the possibilities how to develop the communication aspects.
Communication and social barriers of unemployed people

The bachelor thesis theme is communication and social barriers of unemployed people in the Klatovy district. Theoretical part focuses especially on unemployment issues, the meaning of a job for people and social communication. Its task is to define the barriers of unemployed and factors that influence them. In the practical part there is summary and analysis of survey that has been done on the premises of the Labour Office in Klatovy. This parts task is to confirm the hypothesis stated in the first part and find out if the barriers described there really do exist within the respondents and to which extend.
