Bachelor thesis analyzes the current situation of information support production processes in the field of cutting metal components in the company Tatravagónka, a.s. Poprad. In the next step suggests a change in the form of a central data-processing by one system and its integration into ERP system. Through modern methods for the evaluation of investments is carried out an evaluation of the work of the investment plan and on the basis of the results it is recommended to implement or reject the investment plan.

Primary school management system

The goal of the bachelor thesis is to summarize bibliography focused on the problem of primary school management. The empirical research reveals if it is unified management system, what are its common features, how much and which parts are influenced by school size. Method of empirical research is questionary investigation. The respondents are basic school managers from Kladno district. In order to investigation were addressed 59 managers with returnability 59 %. Results of the questionary investigation were charted into a table, described and compared with Primary school Zlonice, Kladno district. School Board in the management of school

The aim of this thesis was to determine to what extent and in what areas the school board controls affects the work of the school principal. The operational objective was to specify the problematic areas of the relationship from the perspective of the school principal and suggest how their effects mitigated or eliminated. Respondents of empirical research using questionnaires and semi-structured interviews were directors of elementary and secondary schools, established by the Central Bohemia Region. The aim of the research was to obtain the most comprehensive description of the relationship between the school board and school management system. The results of the survey can be used in particular to seek ways and other opportunities for cooperation between the school principal and the school board so that their actions helped to improve the quality of management of the school principal. They can also be used as a basis for more efficient operation of the School Board itself. The survey results can be used and founder of the school as an oportunity to improve the working conditions of school management. A Proposal of New Management Approaches in a Machinery Company

The aim of this thesis is to create a set of recommendations for the selected engineering enterprise. The purpose of these recommendations is to increase the enterprise effectivness and its adaptability quotient. In the first part of this thesis, based on a literature search, the management systems of successful Czech and foreign entrepreneurs are described. In the next part the most appropriate managerial approach is chosen on the basis of the performed qualitative research and this section also describes the current situation of the selected engineering enterprise. In the last part are given individual recommendations and steps to achieve their implementation.

Nearly-zero energy Kindergarten

The master project is consists of three parts. The aim of the first and second part is to design kindergarten building, its technical equipment and management systems. The third part deals with energy, financial and environmental comparison of different wall construction composition. The kindergarten is single-storey building without basement and is located in Náchod, Czech Republic. Building is based on strip footing and structural system is masonry wall system with flat roof. Material of both load-bearing and non-bearing walls are sand-lime blocks. External walls are insulated by external thermal insulation composite system. Vertical structures are designed from prestressed Spiroll concrete floor slabs. The roof is designed as a warm flat half-intensive green roof. The building site contains also outdoor parking lot and a garden with a playground and a pond.

This diploma thesis is focused on change management by Lewin’s model, which split the change process into three phases: unfreeze, realization and refreeze. In the monitored company Regionální poradenská agentura, s.r.o. will be proposed change of management system, which will be solved by the project. This project will be aimed at making basic management process more efficient: planning, organization, leading and control. During the drafting will be emphasized importance human resource management.

The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to design and implement a management system for Facebook marketing campaigns. This system is designed to easily manage marketing campaigns of Facebook pages via Messenger. It also allows processing results to determine the following marketing goals. The system is written in PHP framework Nette. It was designed according to the requirements from the Q2 Interactive company because there was not found any suitable existing solution on the internet. The system will be used to manage Facebook campaigns.

In the first part of it are said terms and legislative requirements connected with fire protection for industrial companies. The second part contains designed system for integration fire protection requirements to the management system of industrial company. In the third part of this thesis is processed the fire protection analysis of industrial company. Last part contains recommendations for the further development of fire protection.

Managing system of sales representatives

The theme of this thesis is to design a managing system of a particular group of financial advisors through managing a development of competences. In this work, you will learn about financial advisory field, the broker group and the specific business team, for which the proposal was created. To be successful as a financial advisor, an associate needs to master variety of competences. The ability to manage the work results is especially connected with manager's skills to control the team members' capability of achieving the targeted results and therefore his ability of controlling their competence levels. The suggested competence model is created for needs of the particular business team and is based on objective methods. The model is further used as a management tool. This is allowed by adding a rule of use and an evaluation system. The design of the system implementation contains a recommendation for introduction into the firm and a financial evaluation of the implementation investments.
