This bachelor thesis deals with a concept of changes in the marketing communication of Vinum Moravicum, a.s. The first section analysis the theoretical bases. The following analytical section describes activities of the company and its contemporary marketing mix. This section also contains an analysis of the corporation’s background, SWOT analysis and a marketing research. The last section suggests changes and recommendations in the corporate marketing communication.

Konkrétními doporučeními forem propagace se má stát marketingová strategie úspěšnější, má přinést majiteli firmy vyšší zisky a také získání nových zákazníků. Návrhy týkající se marketingové strategie vychází z dotazníkového šetření, následného vyhodnocení výsledků a nalezení nejvhodnějších návrhů umožňující zefektivnění marketingové komunikace a které mohou vést ke zvýšení počtu klientů společnosti.

Master’s thesis focuses on the marketing mix of PIKANT. The theoretical part describes important terms from marketing and selected analysis. The analytical part contains analyzes of external and internal environment and current marketing mixes of the company. Based on the findings, possible suggestions for improving the marketing mix are presented.

The work aims to artistically compile perception of maps as a fact, what let us think about The world - how we know it from the map. I work with data, which I gain by displaying technology – eye tracking, which helps me to record track of moving eyes during watching any kind of picture. The observations will be people from different places such a place of stay etc. Gained data I am going to use as a study, which I will componate to maps and different vizualizations of world, countries etc. "Where i have not ever been before, it does not exist" – is idea of percepting world, wich I also work with on that project. Study will contain all aspect of perceiving maps and systematicly shown world related to the person, his memories to that place, fyzical contact and his impact in his scale person versus a the world.

This company is engaged in selling grocery, meat, meat products and farmer‘s products. The first part focuses on the theory of marketing planning. In the second part, attention is paid to the company itself and its description. The aim of the practical part is to analyze its present state and a draft of the marketing plan.
Urban Space and Place as a Phenomenon

What is a memory? What is the past? A memory is not happening in terrain, in section or in plan. All what matters is taking place in a range of our sight. I reject a „unlimited“ surface of a drawing as well as a tyrany of a scale. Instead I start designing from details, from lost memories of an inhabitation of places. In my mind I am walking through rooms and houses, which are part of a fluid space of my memory. The time creates relationships among things, furnitur, buildings. When the layers are overlapping, peculiar moments of fusion are emerging. Forgotten objects, blinded windows, things that are laying on the same spot for decades without a „function“ just of a habit. Memories are similar to an unfocused view of a camera. Although this is not the case of romantic nostalgia but a existencial need for a continuity. The narrative of early Modernism about a rejection of either the past or a illusion of the ornament, which was replaced by a „truthfulness of a material“, later took the direction of an abstraction, optimalization and effectivity. Apart of a mass-production, norm dimensions of spaces and a prefabrication this made a paradoxical opportunity for a material’s return as a decoration and ornament. The project is happening in-between the paradoxes of a Modernism: it neither masks the present nor it rejects the past.
Home as Place of Rituals / Do not disturb! / Home Zone

I have been dealing with the themes of prefabricated houses and housing estates until recently. I was especially interested in their aesthetics. Order, grid and certain regularity and repeatability. At the same time, I was always interested in his social connotations, mainly because I live in these places. Gradually I became more interested in topics related to my own home. So I moved from the general themes to my own experience. But what is my home? Home is a place of utmost importance in our society. Home is made up of people, family. People have it associated with many rituals that accompany their lives often without actually being considered for them. Thanks to these rituals, we manage, among other things, the everyday influx of positive and negative influences of the surroundings and deal with them in various ways. Morning coffee, brushing your teeth, lighting a candle, wiping dust, filling a bath, scattering water on flowers, etc. Balance is the key to everything we do. And I would like to analyze, document and process these home and personal rituals in this work. The final thesis will consist of a free series of paintings with possible interventions and overlaps into video or installation, etc.

The design part contains the compilation of the company's marketing mix for the selected market, which is based on previous analyzes.
