Diploma thesis is focused on Slovak company Nutribak s.r.o. and its potential business activities on the Czech market, especially with gluten-free goods. The created methodology is based on a critical search of current literature related to the the field of marketing, management and trade. Suggested steps are applied to the company Nutribank s.r.o. according to results of the analysis of the current situation, there were created certain steps, that will provide the company with a plan for evolving their business activities and also supporting their position in the Czech market

The diploma thesis deals with the development of business activities of the company implementing shading technology, which will lead to gaining new customers in the Austrian market and increase sales. The work includes theoretical knowledge of the issue, strategic analysis of the external and internal environment. The analytical part describes the current state of the selected company, the result of which is a SWOT analysis. In the design part, individual recommendations and proposals concerning development are elaborated.

The thesis deals with the analysis of customer satisfaction of the internet shop Nejbaby, s. r. o. The first part explains the theoretical concepts associated with the chosen theme. The second part is devoted to analyses of the external and internal surroundings of the selected enterprise and also includes a marketing research containing data collected via customised questionnaire. Based on the questionnaire assessment, proposals are presented in the last section, aiming to increased customer satisfaction.

The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of customer satisfaction with the product. This work defines the theoretical backgroung and issues related to customer satisfaction. The basic methods and processes for analysis of the marketing environment and the isssue of a questionnaire survey. Theoretical solutions are applied to a specific product, running shoes of the company adidas. The questionnaire survey, internal and external analysis, suggests the factors with which customers are or are not satisfied. Specific proposals to increase customer satisfaction with the product are set out on the basis of the outputs from the questionnaire.
Using GreenGraffiti as an Additional Tool of Marketing Communication of the Company

Tato diplomová práce z oblasti marketingu zkoumá možnost využití alternativního reklamního média zvaného GreenGraffiti jako dalšího komunikačního nástroje. Protože je pro Českou republiku a tím i české klienty tento typ reklamního média nový, je důležité vysvětlit, co přesně GreenGraffiti je, odkud pochází a jak se objevilo v České republice. Tato diplomová práce bude také zkoumat, zda je GreenGraffiti vhodným reklamním médiem pro český trh ,a které problémy je třeba vyřešit před tím, než bude zařazen do komunikačního mixu společnosti. Tato práce je napsána na základě znalostí získaných během stáže ve Studio Tomato s.r.o., které vlastnilo licenci na GreenGraffiti pro Českou republiku a také na základě informací získaných od Jima Bowese, zakladatele GreenGraffiti Holding BV.

Bachelor’s thesis introduces business case for expansion of hairdresser’s operating for ten years already in Brno into a more luxurious hairdressing salon. Detailed and comprehensive study of various aspects proves feasibility of the case. This study includes reconstruction of the salon, new equipment, extension of services offer, human resource, marketing communication and financial analysis. Major attention is paid to reality of business case and financial calculation based on conservative estimates of revenues and costs and real potentialities of financing the case from foreign funds.

The project is built on a newly introduced product, or innovation. Expanding production also requires a change in the production environment. In the introductory theoretical part is the structure and definition of the business plan. The second part contains analyzes that are elaborated according to theoretical knowledge. Custom designs include solutions that should improve the business situation.
