Diplomová práce se zabývá reportingem. V první části práce je teoreticky vysvětlen pojem reporting, jako jedna ze základních funkcí controllingu, PESTE analýza, Porterův model pěti sil, 7S analýza a SWOT analýza. Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu dané situace společnosti v oblasti reportingu a následné návrhy na zlepšení této situace. The thesis deals with reporting. The first part is theoretically explained the concept of reporting, as one of the basic functions of controlling, PEST analysis, Porter's five forces model, 7S analysis and SWOT analysis. The practical part is focused on the analysis of the situation in reporting and follow-up proposals to improve the situation.
