This thesis deals with the corporate culture, whose successful operation is the basis for finding a customer. The theoretical part summarizes the concepts that outline how important corporate culture is for successful business. Findings from the theoretical part are subsequently used in the other part of the work. The analytical part includes analysis and questionaire research whose task is to detect problems and deficiencies. The last part of the paper contains proposals to improve the current situation.

The Bachelor thesis concerns of the motivation of employees and the amount of their remuneration in the Children´s Home in Přerov and Children´s home in Hranice na Moravě. The aim of this thesis is general improvement of selection and care workers based on the proposed recommendations. The theoretical part covers the area of human resources and their subsequent management, caring and optimization. The practical part involves the analysis of children´s homes, the results of the survey, evaluation meetings with the heads of these homes and proposal to improve the current situation.

Based on the evaluation of information obtained through a survey, interviews with company employees and observations, an evaluation of corporate culture of company IBM Delivery Center in Brno Central Europe was created. The conclusion contains suggestions how to increase work efficiency as a result of changes of corporate culture elements.
