Translation of C Expressions to DIMACS Format
Grim, Pavel ; Charvát, Lukáš (referee) ; Smrčka, Aleš (advisor)
This work focuses on proposition of transfer of the expressions entered in the C programming language into DIMACS format and creation of program in programming language C++ making this transfer. This work contains a description of the C programming language and its operators. It also contains a description of the conjunctive normal form and a description of the DIMACS format. Following is a proposal for a program for the transfer of expression in the C programming language to the DIMACS format and description of realization of program performing this transfer.
Simple C++ Development Environment for Android
Režňák, Pavel ; Janoušek, Vladimír (referee) ; Peringer, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is about creation of an environment for compiling aplications which has been written in C and C++ languages. This development environment is made of an application emulating terminal window and packages containing open-source compilers and optional tools compiled for mobile devices with ARM processors and Android operating system. This process includes generation of cross-compilers for Android system from NDK tools, correct setting of parameters during configuration, fixes of the source codes of these open-source compilers and creation  of an application which is installable under Android OS and which will allow us to easily use these tools.
Attribute Authentication on Android Platform
Strakoš, Jan ; Ricci, Sara (referee) ; Malina, Lukáš (advisor)
This master’s thesis focuses on implementation of ABC (Anonymous attribute-based credential) pilot system on the Android platform. The support for attribute authentication on the Android platform is very weak in terms of the number of implementations and needs a special attention. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the cryptographic support on the Android platform, the use of the Android Native Development Kit (NDK) and the Host-Card Emulation (HCE) service. The theoretical part of the thesis also includes a description of attribute authentication schemes, including a pilot RKVAC system. The practical part describes the implementation of the RKVAC system on the Android platform along with the implementation of a custom cryptographic kernel based on the native MCL cryptographic library. The practical part of this thesis describes implementation proces of RKVAC system on Android plaform, that uses native cryptographic library MCL. The final part shows the results of time, memory and computation difficulty of developed applications.
Improving Console Implementation in FreeBSD
Jurásek, Petr ; Lampa, Petr (referee) ; Čejka, Rudolf (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis consider problems of console implementation in FreeBSD. Study the implementation console in FreeBSD from sources code. Aspire solving deficiencies of console implementation. This bachelor's thesis focus on work with a marked section by mouse.
Library for Profiling of Data Structures of C/C++ Programs
Pavela, Jiří ; Rogalewicz, Adam (referee) ; Fiedor, Tomáš (advisor)
Performance bugs may greatly affect the quality of the system being developed and even cause irreversible damage in some critical sectors. Hence profiling - one of the currently most widespread technique of performance analysis - is usually applied to find the bugs. However, most of the current solutions commonly lack comprehensible graphical outputs and detailed analysis of algorithms in regard to their complexity. This thesis introduces a novel profiling tool which focuses on automatic estimation of complexity of dynamic data structures. The proposed approach collects statistical data out of program runs and uses regression analysis to find the most accurate model serving as an estimate of algorithmic complexity. The resulting prototype was subjected to a series of experiments that evaluate the accuracy of the results, demonstrate practical uses and illustrate the graphical output of the tool.
Automatic calibration of inercial sensors
Hamada, Vladimír ; Vágner, Martin (referee) ; Macho, Tomáš (advisor)
The main aim of this thesis is to design and build automatic calibration system for inertial measurement sensors. The calibration system is intended to support the development of devices with inertial measurement sensors. The great emphasis is placed on the configurability of system and for this reason all calculations are realized by Matlab system, which is well known by engineers. There is also presented design of inertial measurement unit, which is used as a~model sensor unit for calibration system development.
Biological Signal Generator
Kadeřábek, Jan ; Čech, Petr (referee) ; Sekora, Jiří (advisor)
This semestral thesis describes signal EKG, it’s origin, evaluation and device for his generation. After identification with standard course of EKG signal, was such as signal created in program language Matlab. It’s consisting of 10 sinus courses, where each of them has it’s own frequence, start phase and amplitude. Each of this part of EKG signal is beat frequence variant. Rates of it’s durations and sizes were fixed from medicin literature. Such as created program were rewritten to program language C and is basic of main program, which control signal processor. Finally was propoused preparation, which will be generated this signal. Outcome of this thesis is teoretic treatise about signal EKG, created program for generation of this course include part control and machine doing realization of biological courses.
Design of control system for manipulating platform
Remiš, Matúš ; Andrš, Ondřej (referee) ; Hadaš, Zdeněk (advisor)
This thesis is a part of a project, in which two students participated. The aim of the project is the design and implementation of a wireless control system for the manipulation XY platform. This control system allows the manipulation platform to be battery powered and controlled wirelessly from PC. The project consists of the control system concept design, design of an electronic control unit prototype, firmware design and user control software. The parts of the project that are the subject of this thesis are firmware and software design. Within this work, a test drive unit was also created, which after connection with the control unit serves to verify the funcionalities of the control system. The proposed control system was successfully tested. The result of this work is therefore firmware and software, which can be futher developed within the project.
Automated garden system for outdoors
Stupka, Tomáš ; Povalač, Aleš (referee) ; Frýza, Tomáš (advisor)
The aim of this semester work is to design and implement an automated irrigation system for use in a family house based on the Raspberry Pi platform and AVR processors with the possibility of automatic adaptation to outdoor temperature and humidity conditions. The design also includes a web interface using the NodeRED interface for manual control and monitoring of data collected from individual wireless sensor modules
Position system design
Balogh, Jaroslav ; Čížek, Martin (referee) ; Čech, Petr (advisor)
The purpose of this diploma thesis was to explore possibilities, design and build 2D position system driven by PC via USB. ATmega16 and FT232R were used as the most important parts of hardware solution. Software for control of the position system was designed in C++ Builder and it can run under MS Windows XP. This work is based on semestral thesis and in future can be used in other applications or modified. 2D position system will be later used by UBMI in education and scientific applications.
