Methodology of the Education for Responsible Consumption and Lifestyle
Dlouhá, Jana ; Jančaříková, Kateřina
This methodological material is based on current theoretical knowledge and the experience of developing and implementing a program focused on the formation of consumer habits in the context of formal education, and reflects current trends in the field and discussions taking place in international and Czech contexts. It presents the main principles and procedures for their application in practice (at the level of kindergarten, primary and secondary schools); integrates the relevant scientific aspects (new scientific terms and concepts concerning responsible consumption) and pedagogical approaches (principles of education for sustainability with an emphasis on transformative learning). The material pays attention to pupils' development of all learning domains (cognitive, socio-emotional and behavioural), and discusses the application of these concepts in specific educational programs. At this practical level, it demonstrates how to integrate the topic of consumption from kindergarten to secondary school curricula.

Application of telemedicine for long-term monitoring of patients with metabolic diseases.
Vlasáková, Martina ; Mužík, Jan (advisor) ; Černý, Martin (referee) ; Bém, Robert (referee)
Telemedicine systems have the potential to enhance efficiency in compensating for metabolic disorders, yet they are not widely and durably utilized in the healthcare system. One of the defined barriers to the implementation of telemedicine systems is personalization, where offered solutions provide a uniform concept for all patients, and system configuration occurs based on patient feedback after system use. For the long-term utilization of a telemedicine system, the coordination of several factors is crucial, especially the correct selection of the type of technologies used, the positive impact on the patient's health, and the inclusion of individual patient requirements in system configuration. The aim of the work was to propose and verify functions, evaluate the impact of the telemedicine system Diani on compensating diabetes mellitus, and, through the analysis of monitored parameters, compile a guide for optimal system configuration based on individual patient needs. Based on literature reviews and market research, types of connectable peripherals for the telemedicine system were identified. Specific devices were then selected through a multicriteria analysis. Clinical studies were conducted to examine the functions of the telemedicine system and its impact on basic diabetes parameters. The...
The methodology for evaluation of environmental education programs
Činčera, Jan
The methodology may be used by public administration officials who evaluate both formal and informal environmental education programs for various reasons (incl. making decisions on the distribution of funds to support formal and informal environmental education programs)., The results can than be used by those who implemented the program to improve it or by its external evaluators such as the donor to asses its efficiency. The aim of the presented methodology is to define the basic terminology for evaluating environmental education programs, describe the basic stages of the evaluation cycle, characterize the basic alternative procedures for evaluating programs, and finally, to identify the basic requirements for evaluation research. Development of the methodology is based on the assumption that the evaluation research in the medium term will become an integral part of environmental education programs. To achieve this objective requires that officials are familiar with the theme and gain a basic understanding of the opportunities and needs of the assessment procedures.

Algorithms and Methods of Statistical Processing of Q Sorting
Burešová, Zuzana ; Beran, Vítězslav (referee) ; Herout, Adam (advisor)
The goal of this bachelor thesis was to learn about Q-methodology, create a Q-sort for test data extraction, convert test data into JSON format, experiment with data visualization and evaluation, and create a library for evaluating and visualization of the Q-sort data. The paper includes a report on the technologies used and a description of each tool implemented in the developed library. My main focus was on data visualization, where I experimented with different graphs and visualization libraries. With this library, the user can easily evaluate and visualize the data obtained from the Q-sort.
