Soukup, Richard ; Klabíková Rábová, Tereza (advisor) ; Shavit, Anna (referee)
Influencer marketing is nowadays a very widespread and powerful tool used especially on social networks to implement marketing strategies. This paper discusses the use of influencer marketing in connection with the PRIME brand of beverages based on just two influencers. The thesis includes a description of the other marketing communication activities of this brand with an emphasis on sports sponsorship and collaboration with athletes. An analysis of the brand's competition in the United States has been conducted and reasons have been given for the brand's decision to target European sports clubs in particular. The aim of the thesis was to present the success the brand has gained in its short existence in the foreign market and to compare it with the general perception in the Czech market. The effect of influencer marketing and other communication tools of the brand on the Czech consumers, the awareness of the brand founders and the perception of the products offered were investigated using an anonymous quantitative online questionnaire survey conducted on 100 respondents. As a result, it was found that the Czech market is familiar with both brand founders and influencer marketing has an effect on 66% of all respondents, however, other communication tools of the brand do not have the desired effect...
Trust between the workers of People and Roma clients.
Göttelová, Agáta ; Spalová, Barbora (advisor) ; Procházková, Barbora (referee)
Within the European Union, the Czech Roma minority faces one of the highest levels of discrimination. However, the approach of social workers who help Romani people solve problems caused by this discrimination has its specificities. Building trust in the relationship between the social worker and the Romanui client is one of the essential requirements for successful social work. My bachelor's thesis focuses on the relationship between a social worker and a Romani client, with an emphasis on trust. The theoretical part describes the concepts of social work, trust, and the Roma population. Furthermore, these concepts are interconnected, thus I describe trust in the context of social work, Romani clients in social work, and trust within the Roma population.Additionally, my work addresses two research questions - Research Question 1: How does trust manifest, build, and transfer within the context of social work with Romani clients? and Research Question 2: How does social work adapt to the cultural contexts of Romani clients? In the analytical part of the work, I analyze data obtained through semi-structured interviews and participant observation in selected services, primarily in a low-threshold facility for children and youth and in a preschool club. For ethical concerns, I am not mentioning the...

Čapková, Ema ; Klabíková Rábová, Tereza (advisor) ; Koudelková, Petra (referee)
With a growing need to differentiate themselves on the market, companies are increasingly turning to influencers to engage potential customers. This bachelor thesis focuses on the role of authenticity in influencer marketing campaigns in the foodservice industry. The thesis first builds a theoretical foundation where the concepts of influencer marketing, authenticity and its influence on consumer behaviour are defined. In order to answer the research question of whether authenticity plays a role in the success of influencer marketing campaigns in the gastronomy industry, a mixed-methods research involving qualitative social media analysis and quantitative questionnaire survey was conducted. In the practical part of the thesis, two specific campaigns are examined: the collaboration of chef Přemek Forejt with McDonald's and a youtuber duo called Kluci z Prahy with Wolt. The analysis of social media, specifically YouTube and Instagram, where the campaigns were primarily communicated, and the subsequent questionnaire survey revealed that authenticity is important for the success of campaigns in gastronomy. Authentic communication was associated with positive audience reception, while an inauthentic approach resulted in negative reactions. Due to the complexity of the issue, this paper does not provide...
Women of important composers, involved in music
Chvalová, Viola ; Palkovská, Jana (advisor) ; Tichá, Libuše (referee)
In this thesis, I summarize the personal and professional profiles of a selection of musically active women who lived alongside prominent composers. These are six women artists from the Baroque to the 20th century. In each chapter, a different element of their lives became the focus of my interest. Sometimes, given the paucity of reliable sources of information (especially in relation to the Baroque period), this is merely a summary of hypotheses, sometimes I focus more on the professional side of the personality, and sometimes on personal and family matters. The thesis deals with sections of music history with which the general public is not so familiar and yet which I suppose deserve to be known. I focus on the virtuoso of the seventeenth-century harpsichordist Marie-Rose Dubois, who, alongside her husband J. B. Forqueray, was a concert artist, the singer and important creator of the Bach manuscripts Anna Magdalena Bachová, the outstanding singer of the classical period Josefina Dušková, the wife of the Czech composer F. X. Dušek. I also deal with the harpist and composer Sophie Corri-Dussek, wife of the musical bohemian J. L. Dusik, the most important 19th century pianist Clara Schumann and the opera singer Berta Lauterer, partner of the Czech composer J. B. Foerster. There are, of course, many...

Mourečková, Nikola ; Hubert, Vlastimil (advisor) ; Svobodová, Zuzana (referee)
This bachelor's thesis focuses on tandem teaching. Tandem teaching has a number of benefits and strengths, but Czech schools use it to a lesser extent. Tandem teaching also comes with a number of concerns or a lack of funds or personnel. The theoretical part of the thesis is an introduction to the issue of tandem teaching. It defines both the basic terms presented with tandem teaching, its development, as well as the possibilities for directors to introduce tandem teaching, based on the positives and negatives and already implemented research. The research part of the work uses qualitative research methods and includes the analysis of semi-structured interviews. Interviews were used with teachers, pupils and the principal. The aim of the work is to describe how the principal supports professional development in the field of tandem teaching and how teachers at a selected elementary school prepare for tandem teaching and how they cooperate and communicate. yes, tandem teaching is not given enough attention at school, mainly due to a lack of funding. The cooperation and communication of teachers is very different. Teachers emphasize mutual enrichment, better attention of pupils, behavior and results of pupils, but also building collegiality, obtaining effective feedback. Although tandem teaching is...
