This bachelor thesis's aim is on change analysis proposal in the marketing communication of selected company – Ruční papírrna Velké Losiny a.s.. Suggestions proposed in the thesis are based on the evaluation of the current state of the communication, and should lead to the rise of public awareness of the company, which should subsequently increase its potential number of customers.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the analysis of the marketing mix of a selected company. Based on the performed analyzes, own recommendations for its improvement will be proposed. The thesis is divided into three main chapters. The first presents theoretical knowledge that is used in the subsequent analysis of the current state of the company. The third part is focused on own proposals leading to the improvement of the company's marketing mix.

The Master thesis is based around the planning of the communication mix of a specific firm. It consists of three main parts. The first part is theoretical, and contains theoretical resources and concepts related to the subject matter from the standpoint of marketing and the communication mix. The analytical section introduces the subject firm and contains the necessary analyses. The thesis also includes research in the form of a survey. For a conclusion, the project proposes possible methods of improving the communication mix based on the gathered data.
