Working environment
Fialová, Michaela ; Reichel, Jiří (referee) ; Kocianová, Renata (advisor)
A person's working environment is one of the places that he/she spends a large part of his/her time, and that is the reason why it is necessary to dedicate sufficient attention and care to it. This care involves optimizing working conditions- which influence the activity and productivity of employees- and creating a pleasant atmosphere in workplace. If this care for working environment is taken as a whole, it reaches beyond social-psychological conditions to the actual conditions of the working station, which are called the physical factors. These factors are present in every type of workplace (whether in digger or smaller quantity) and they can markedly influence the mood of employees, the overall atmosphere of the workplace and finally also the achievement of individual employees. The physical conditions of work are composed of: noise, lighting, choice of colors, the conditions of microclimate, design of workplace, and last but not least ergonomically suitable tools and working equipment the worker uses. Almost all mentioned items have recommended limits and specification and quiet frequently they are regulated by sanitary codes and legislature.
Dialogue methods in adult education
Pecháčková, Iva ; Reichel, Jiří (referee) ; Beneš, Milan (advisor)
My Bachelor final paper describes the possibilities and limits of using chosen dialogue methods in adult education. Chapter One explores the contents and etymology of the concepts of dialogue, discussion, debate and method. Chapter Two places dialogue methods within the context of adult education methodology, names some theoretical reasons for their existence and mentions a couple of common techniques. Chapters Three to Five each introduce one complex system of methods based on dialogue; Socratic dialogue in the Nelson-Heckmann tradition, academic debating and Open Space Technology. Each chapter initially states the origin and philosophical background of the method in question, then explains how the method usually operates and eventually discusses its chances of being used in everyday adult education. Chapter Six compares the three previously described methods. Chapter Seven contains a description and an analysis of the theory of dialogue education by the American adult educator Jane Vella. The chapter also offers some case studies that illustrate the theory.

Employee evaluation
Krausová, Petra ; Reichel, Jiří (referee) ; Kocianová, Renata (advisor)
The employee performance evaluation is one of the key activities in the current human resources management. It assists organization with valuable information, reports regarding work performance and a level of employee capability. Through such evaluation, the employees receive a feedback about their level of performance. This feedback helps to uncover their strength and areas of improvement as well perception by the organization about their efforts to meet the company goals. Therefore the work performance evaluation is fundamental for the organization as well as the employee. Despite the developing growth in the entrepreneur area, majority of the workers are still in a position of an employee. That is why we should all learn how to accept such principles of evaluation as well as to put them into practice. I have decided to elect this topic as basis for my thesis as I strongly believe that despite the frequent negative connotation, the employee evaluation contributes to the individual employee development therefore to the development of the whole company. In the first section I use theory based on reference industry literature and material. I introduce employee evaluation based on specific requirements of each organization related to the company goals. The performance criteria are set and various methods are...
Corporate education in the sphere of communicability and cooperation (project of research - the primary theoretical bases)
Nováková, Martina ; Kopecký, Martin (referee) ; Reichel, Jiří (advisor)
This undergraduate thesis covers proposal for research of corporate education of employees in the communication and cooperation areas. It presents basic theories for quantitative research in the given area. First, fundamental terms, such as corporate education, key qualifications, communication and cooperation are defined. The research proposition is defined as a relationship between corporate education, the size of the company and other corporal parameters. The hypothesis of the work assumes that bigger companies put more emphasis on educating their employees in specified areas, into which they invest more heavily. They also provide more intense education than companies of smaller size. It is also expected that more detailed evaluation of education results means that a company will be willing to make larger investment into further education. This proposal proposes a way of choosing sample companies. A technique for data gathering and questionnaire is also suggested. It includes selected criteria, questions and categories. The data analysis procedure is outlined as well. Conclusion summarizes results the author arrived at and includes recommendations for possible implementation of the proposed research.

Migration, education and integration of foreigners in the Czech Republic
Hubená, Jaroslava ; Reichel, Jiří (referee) ; Kopecký, Martin (advisor)
Foreign cultures: this colourful palette of art, languages, habits, rituals and millions of human stories ha interested me all my life. I consider this paper an opportunity to explore the topic of immigration in the Czech Republic and to discuss opportunities for integrating immigrants into Czech society through education. In the first part of this paper I discuss the phenomenon of migration, define the concept of multiculturalism and provide an overview of the legal framework of integration in the world and in the Czech Republic. In the second part I introduce the network of non-government non-profit institutions which work with immigrants in the area of education. After considering the available information, I have divided their educational activities into four categories, which are presented here in more detail. The third part summarizes several concepts of intercultural psychology, which in my opinion have a big influence on the integration of immigrants into Czech society. And the last part presents the area of empirical intercultural studies.
The issues concerning further education of armed units working with the deliquent youth
