Multipurpose sports hall
Svoboda, Filip ; Horáček, Martin (referee) ; Pešek, Ondřej (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with structural design of a load bearing structure of a roofing of a sports hall. Span of the structure is 37,7m, length is 56m and height is 10m. Main construction material is steel, grade S235. Main load bearing structure is made of frames with axial distances of 6m. These frames are made of truss with triangular cross section. Frame has variable cross section at both ends. Frame is curved and has different radiuses in the middle and at the ends. Global stability is carried by two roof bracings, which are between two frames. Internal forces were calculated in software scia engineer.
Using the EtherCAT bus couplers in the development environment NI LabVIEW
Svoboda, Filip ; Šubrt, Kamil (referee) ; Houška, Pavel (advisor)
This thesis focuses on EtherCAT fieldbus and its application by using NI LabVIEW. There are described the theoretical part of network elements designed for automation use in first part. Next part includes description of the EtherCAT and its advantages. There is described how NI LabVIEW accesses to this fieldbus in the next part. The real application developing process on the specific manipulator is treated then. It is controlled by the bus coupler. The results of the experiment are discussed in the last chapter.
Analysis of Final Scores in Czech Video Game Media
Svoboda, Filip ; Houška, Jan (advisor) ; Švelch, Jaroslav (referee)
In a video game review, it is common to include a numerical recommendation rating in addition to a textual evaluation of the product (game). How (on what scale and how to use such scale) and whether to evaluate numerically or otherwise is a subject of extensive debate in the video game journalism context. The thesis aims to answer the question of how video game reviewers perceive the problematic aspects of the final scores through the interviews with Czech game reviewers. It compares the findings with each other and provides context. It also maps how scoring systems have changed over time.
Digital technology of record images
Svoboda, Filip ; Jeřábek, Tomáš (advisor) ; Leipert, Jiří (referee)
The topic of the bachelor's thesis "Digital technologies of image record" are digital technologies of the image record in a broader general view, describing principles of image capturing devices, describing functions and technical solutions of these devices. The basic aim of this thesis is to identify and to analyze functional and aplicational options of contemporary digital technologies for image record, especially in the context of their use by students and teachers - according to the achieved progress in image recordig and digital technologies succeeding the analog ones. Analysis of functional and aplicational possibilities of contemporary technologies is here set as a starting- point to indicate directions of technology development and progression in the near future. Mainly, aim of this thesis is to show and to describe every aspect of digital image record technology and by this to contribute to the information basis development of students and teachers dealing with these technologies. Content orientation of the thesis lies in history and development of both static a dynamic image record, respectively in history and development of the image record presentation, digital image record characteristics, image recording devices specifics and prediction of perspectives and directions of development of...
Possibilities of nuclear energy in the field of energy and media production
Svoboda, Filip ; Lisý, Martin (referee) ; Milčák, Pavel (advisor)
The main objective of this thesis is the possibility of combining nuclear power plants with energy storage technologies (specifically hydrogen production) and the subsequent balance of electricity and hydrogen production when combining these hybrid systems with photovoltaic power plants. With large installed capacities of renewable energy sources, it is necessary that other sources in the energy portfolio are flexible and then it is possible to regulate the supply of electricity from these sources to the electricity grid (for example, reducing the output of a steam power plant for natural gas on sunny and windy days). The regulation of a nuclear power plant is limited and therefore it is advantageous to start using it, for example, in a hybrid system with a PEM electrolyser. Then the nuclear power plant can produce electricity at a constant rate and only regulate the amount of electricity that goes to the grid or to the electrolyser.
Technologies of the electrical apparatuses protyping
Svoboda, Filip ; Kloc, Petr (referee) ; Šimek, David (advisor)
The work focuses on the production of prototypes of electrical devices. The theoretical part contains a structured overview of the historical development of prototype production technologies and description of individual prototyping technologies. The main part of the work is the design of a prototype extinguishing chamber, printing of the chamber and verification of the ability to extinguish the electric arc.
Interaktivní komunikace v příspěvkové organizaci
Svoboda, Filip

In the practical part theoretical knowledge were compared with the results of quantitative (questionnaire), which took place in the Brno branch contributory organization Czech Hydrometeorological Institute.
Criminal Aspects of Pornography
Svoboda, Filip ; Gřivna, Tomáš (referee) ; Tlapák Navrátilová, Jana (referee)
Criminal Aspects of Pornography Summary The main purpose of this thesis is to introduce the phenomenon of pornography in terms of criminal law, to point out flaws in the current relevant criminal legislation in the Czech Republic and to propose a possible solution in a form of potential legislative changes. Furthermore, it briefly describes attitudes to the term of pornography in the legal systems of Slovakia and the United States of America and examines the issue of so called virtual pornography. The second chapter provides an overview of the related most important international instruments such as anti-pornography treaties concluded in the early 20th century as well as modern United Nations and Council of Europe treaties and European Union legal documents aiming at combat sexual exploitation of children and child pornography. The third chapter outlines historical development of the Czechoslovak and Czech criminal regulation of pornography in the former Austro-Hungarian criminal codes, recodification draft bills from the era of the First Czechoslovak Republic, socialist criminal codes of 1950 and 1961 and later...
Insolvency of Group of Companies
Svoboda, Filip ; Pohl, Tomáš (advisor) ; Macková, Alena (referee)
The paper focuses on insolvency of groups of companies. The analysis starts with description of the main feature of the group of companies, i.e. corporation. It points out situations when legal and property autonomy is suppressed by quasi-piercing or liability of the management for influencing of the corporation or wrongful trading. It further analyses the concept of group of companies as en economics term and corporate group and concern as a legal term. It puts into juxtaposition entity and enterprise approach towards group of companies and points out that the enterprise approach is often used by public law systems, such as competition law, which happens as a result of lack of legal tools to reflect the economic reality. After economic analysis of insolvency and tools insolvency law has to offer the paper focuses on the main topic of the paper. It is pointed out that a concern law is only a system of liabilities for damage and as such cannot be easily linked to insolvency procedure, the exception being for example protesting against transactions carried out by the debtor in the past, which comes at greatly cost for legal uncertainty. It is also highly problematic that upon initiation of insolvency proceeding a positive going concern value is automatically lost. It is further pointed out that the system of...
