Bakalářská práce se zabývá vnitropodnikovou komunikací, interpersonálními vztahy, firemní kulturou a motivací k práci. V praktické části byly porovnány teoretické poznatky s výsledky kvantitativního (dotazníkového) šetření, které proběhlo v brněnské pobočce příspěvkové organizace Český hydrometeorologický ústav. This thesis deals with internal communications, interpersonal relations, corporate culture and motivation to work. In the practical part theoretical knowledge were compared with the results of quantitative (questionnaire), which took place in the Brno branch contributory organization Czech Hydrometeorological Institute.
