Psychological connections of resocialization programs for young prisoners and their effect

Disertační práce je zaměřena na mladé odsouzené muže, kteří se nacházejí ve výkonu trestu odnětí svobody. Jsou umístění na specializovaném oddělení, které se ve svém resocializačním působení zaměřuje cíleně na tyto odsouzené ve věku od 18 let do 26 let věku. Pro každého z nich je sestaven individuální plán zacházení, který má za cíl nalézt souvislosti psychologického individuálního plánu resocializačního působení s možnou změnou svého osobního náhledu na páchání trestné činnosti. Výsledkem tohoto snažení je pak dosažení změny u každého jednotlivce s cílem komplexního zapojení se v civilním životě po propuštění z výkonu trestu odnětí svobody. První část práce zahrnuje ucelené kapitoly, které jsou ve svém myšlenkovém obsahu vzájemně propojeny. Tematika sociálně patologických jevů ve společnosti je rozpracována i v podkapitolách, které se věnují kriminalitě, delikvenci, možnostem socializace a resocializace v působení na každého jednotlivého odsouzeného během výkonu trestu odnětí svobody. Komplexnost pohledu je zahrnuta v rozpracování sociálních příčin páchání trestné činnosti s osobnostními dispozicemi jedinců k delikventnímu chování. The use of repeated census of seedlings of tropical tree species for testing the Janzen - Connell hypothesis

In this work I attempted to explain the principles and mechanisms which were suggested by Janzen and Connell and which were stated as mechanisms driving the species diversity in the tropical rain forests. These principles include complicated interactions among seedlings, their parent trees, predators, parasites and diseases, environmental influences and many other. Cleaning of biogas by the PSA (pressure swing adsorption)

The topic of this master thesis is upgrading of biogas. As a mixture of gases produced during anaerobic digestion, contains methane which is highly energy valuable gas. But also other substances that we want to remove. We will present the motivation for upgrading biogas and the possibility of separation, generally the pressure swing adsorption method. The key parameter of this technique is the choice of a suitable adsorbent. This is possible based on the knowledge of adsorption processes, therefore, is also described below. The objective of this thesis is to determine the parameters of the pressure swing adsorption metod. To do this it is necessary to determine the adsorption capacity of the adsorbent, measure breakthrough curves of carbon dioxide and methane, and determine the pressure drop of solid bed, etc. As a result we can finally make a balance and evaluate the applicability in practice.
Disintegration of sludge thickened by flotation

The main topic of this thesis is a research of influence of disintegration of sewage sludge on the production of biogas during the process of anaerobic fermentation. The theoretical part deals with issues and specific methods used during the process of waste water cleaning, furthermore it contains simplified description of waste water treatment plants and particular devices. The number of ways of processing sewage sludge and its potential utilization id also discussed. Following parts of the thesis analyze in detail my own process of anaerobic fermentation including important factors influencing this process. Comparison of aerobic and anaerobic fermentation and ecological perspective on the issue are included in this part. Another important part of the thesis deals with disintegration and description of the disintegration methods and devices. The fundamental part implies the analysis of the executed experiments. Experiments analyze the growth of biogas during anaerobic fermentation depending on the disintegration of sewage sludge. After that the evaluation of the experiments is stated together with economical calculations of the disintegration process executed in laboratory conditions.
Experimental solar drier of sewage sludge

The master’s thesis is focused on the issue of solar drying of sewage sludge. The sludge management of wastewater treatment plants is described in the first part of this thesis. This theoretical part also deals with description of drying and dryers used for sludge treatment. The second part of the thesis is focused on the experimental solar drying of sewage sludge and the evaluation of the results.
The use of a dissolved air flotation for tertiary stage of wastewater treatment

The thesis is focused on the area of wastewater treatment. There is a solution possibility of using flotation for the removal of phosphorus precipitates formed during the tertiary treatment of wastewater. The first part is devoted to a general description of wastewater treatment, there is also described as a flotation separation technology and precipitation of phosphorus. The second part is practically oriented. It describes the experimental equipment used for the precipitation of phosphorus and subsequent removal of the precipitate flotation, during the experiment and the results obtained.
Design of Energy Systems Using Hydrogen as Fuel

Purpose of this thesis is wisdom accumulation from current area of energetic use of hydrogen and future systems. In overview is presented possible processes where dominate steam methane reforming. In main part of thesis, steam methane reforming will be analyzed and electrolysis also. Actual results will be discussed. Next part is about energetic use of hydrogen based on thermochemical properties and safety. Used of hydrogen will be divided to areas thermal generation as burner‘s section, electric generation as fuel cell‘s section, mechanical energy as combustion engine’s section and finally chemical transportation of energy. At the end will be made a promising energy systems using hydrogen as fuel which can be applied in a large scale.
