Topical issues of the regulation of international air carriage The object of this thesis is the regulation of international air carriage, which is by its nature governed mainly by international treaties and secondary law of the European Union. The thesis is divided into five parts, which are cross-sectional focused on all aspects of air carriage. The first part informs about the historical development of aviation and its contemporary importance especially with regard to its economic and environmental significance. Basic concepts which can be found by readers in this thesis are not omitted as well. The second part focuses on the regulation of international air carriage from the perspective of International, European and Czech law. As mentioned in this thesis, the carrier's liability when the loss event that is expected by legislators happens is governed mainly by international treaties and secondary law of the European Union, that is why the third part is focused on its most important legal sources also with the regard to their interrelation which was defined by the Court of Justice of the European Union. Czech advent mass and their place in the liturgy of Advent This thesis deals with the phenomenon of Czech advent mass and their place in the liturgy of Advent. It represents the interconnection of music and liturgy from the beginning through Gregorian chant , polyphonic music, folk and spiritual song to the votive Mass of the Blessed Virgin Mary, at the advent mass was sung . With the advent mass bachelor thesis observes their development from inception to the present form and location in the now commonly used hymn books . They recorded town , where most advent mass singing and where they are most often placed archival indicative of their original form. These records, ie different rorátní books and hymn books are also briefly mentioned . Attention is drawn to the most frequent interpreters advent mass , and those are the literary fraternity. This thesis follows the course of negotiations regarding the fourth Austro-Hungarian economic compromise on governmental and parliamentary level during years 1895-1899. It mainly deals with their impact on domestic politics in Cisleithania (Austria) and Hungary, as well as on relations between the two parts of the Habsburg monarchy. It seeks to define and briefly describe disputed issues and reasons why negotiations ultimately failed and the economic compromise wasn't done the regular way.
Case of Anna Janatková's murder in czech media with the emphasis on its objectivity

Thesis deals with media objectivity on the example of four Czech newspapers. Thesis in its theoretical part focuses on definition of media, journalist's role and their job which is influenced by many factors, socio-cultural context in which news production is implemented, outlines concept of media objectivity and describes media image of crime. Another part of thesis explains the terms concerning criminal procedure, qualifies rights and duties of criminal justice and a suspect person and finally concentrates on providing with information about offence by media and difficulties which can be appeared. Practical part of the thesis analyzes media objectivity through qualitative analysis of articles. Articles were chosen from four Czech newspapers (Aha!, Blesk, Mladá fronta Dnes, Právo) and two time periods: October-November 2010 and March-April 2011. Research question asks: Did chosen newspapers inform about a murder of Anna Janatková in an objective way? Objective way of informing is examined in relation to rights and duties of suspect and to protection of victims.
Applying the European Customer Satisfaction Index in the area of sport

Title: Applying the European Customer Satisfaction Index in the area of sport Objectives: The main objective of this paper is to determine customer satisfaction of the Czech Association Sport for All (ČASPV) using the methodology of the European Customer Satisfaction Index (ECSI) and following the results of the research propose recommendations. The sub-objectives include modification of the ECSI methodology for the area of sport and comparison of the resulting ECSI index values in terms of the quality management system applied in ČASPV, different methods of determining the weights of measurable variables and already conducted research in the Czech commercial environment. Methods: The work uses, through the methodology of the European Customer Satisfaction Index (ECSI), the method of quantitative marketing research. For the primary data collection from ČASPV agents and clients, electronic and written inquiries were used. Results: According to the resulting ECSI index values, ČASPV clients have been very satisfied with the services and activities of the Association. In terms of the quality management system applied in ČASPV, the Sport for All (SPV) union group, which is linked to the system, achieved a higher ECSI value. Development of awards for athletes by sports federations

This bachelor thesis looks at how Czech athletes have been rewarded by sports associations over time for obtaining medals or for appearing in the finals of top international athletics competitions. The thesis aims to analyse the data obtained on athlete rewards provided by the Czech Athletic Federation and subsequently to compare it with rewards of Czech sports associations, leading to possible proposals and recommendations for the future rewarding of athletes. In the theoretical section, the thesis first describes the rewards process from a management viewpoint, including its administration and the various types of rewards provided. It then looks at the development of athletics competitions from their beginnings to competitions held today including a description of different international competitions, and the athletics associations and federations who organise the competitions. In the practical section, the thesis looks at rewards for athletes and analyses them. Here a history of how rewards have developed in the Czech Republic is described, and these rewards are subsequently compared with other Czech sports associations. Abstract The thesis deals with raw yet comprehensively, covering theme: migration from the border area of Czechoslovakia, which was ceded to Germany as a result of the decision in Munich and to Poland on the basis of Polish ultimatum. Introductory chapters are trying to find answers to questions concerning the origins and the beginning of the refugee problem, which could be sought in the growth of antisemitism in the spring of 1938. In the autumm, after a coup attempt Henlein's people left border in addition to the German anti-fascists, Jews and Czechs. Already during the phased resigning border migration flows greatly abounded, which were both due to the increase in negative behavior and conduct the "Henlein's" people (some of members of Henlein's Party-SdP) against German anti-fascists, Jews and Czechs, as well as specific measures Nazi regime restricting the living conditions of the population of the occupied territories. V. ABSTRACT/ ENGLISH SUMMARY The objects of this dissertation thesis are restitutions of property of former noble families in the Czech Republic after the year 1989. It concerns very controversial theme; this statements is even more valid if we speak about disputable restitutions of property. The issue is only rarely viewed from complex and impartial angle; this fact is caused i.a. by great complicacy of the factual and legal substance. Even the availability of historical documents is problematic, too. The public is frequently not aware of or has even no idea on certain key facts of individual cases, as a result of which usually only certain matters are perceived; this subjective perception is strengthened by individuals, who are from various reasons interested in ending the controversies concerning restitution of property of former noble families in favor of these former owners; these individuals use during their activities different instruments, which are described in detail in this dissertation thesis. In their efforts, the media are frequently their important backers, who not from interest, but due to unfamiliarity or ignorance, stress in some cases only the facts in favor of the former owners of property, which ends in deformed view of public on some very disputable cases. Potential and Limits of Nordic Cooperation

The master thesis searches for the core and character of the Nordic cooperation, especially in the perspective of actorness in international relations. It analyses the geopolitics of Norden and tries to project future development. Constructivist concepts of regional security complexes and brands in international relations is being used in the paper. It concludes that European integration is both the limit and potential of Norden. Nordic model looses its former exclusivity but at the same time it nordicizes a wider region.
