Goals: The aim of the diploma thesis is to critically analyse the golf surrounding in the Czech republic and generally in the world. Further goal of this thesis is to analyse the work of a specific czech golf club the Golf Resort Karlštejn, especially is going to be aimed at it`s marketing. The conclusions are going to be mainly made out of the secondary dates. The acquired information will be consequently used for outlinig of recommendations for the golf area generally and formerly mentioned golf resort. Methods: Quantitative method in the form of golf trends analyses and qualitative methods in the form of personal survey and interwiev Results: The golf surrounding is in a dechne currently, neverthelles the czech golf member base, in the contrary to the worlds one, is still growing. However, the increase of golfers is still smaller. The strongest mutual trend is the unequal number of men, women and juniors beeing registered in the golf member base. Title: Marketing research of visitors'satisfaction at sport and music event Bm(X)treme fest 2013 Objectives: The goal is to analyze results of visitors'satisfaction research. Furthermore, on the basis of the results obtained to develop proposals which should be directed to increase of visitors' satisfaction. Methods: Visitors satisfaction research has been done by electronic questioning. Research sample was randomly selected from the visitors of that event. Results: The obtained data are arranged in tables and graphs in the analytical part. In each of researched areas has been found few unsatisfied visitors, therefore are some suggestion to improve event. Title: Participants' satisfaction with Salomon Trail Running Cup 2014 sports event Objectives: The main aim of this diploma thesis is to analyse current level of customer satisfaction with sports event, find out their opinions and potential shortcomings in each running event by using questionnaire survey. Define any problem areas and suggest appropriate management recommendations by evaluating empirical data obtained from own market research. This would lead to improvement of runners' satisfaction with this sports event. Partial goal of this diploma thesis is to find potential coherence between customers' satisfaction and whether they attended Salomon Trail Running Cup for the first time or repeatedly. Methods: Quantitative questionnaire research was used to obtain data from respondents. Respondents were interviewed either in person or in writing. Informal interviews were made with the management of the sports event. T-test method was used to find potential coherence between customers' satisfaction and their attendance in the past Salomon Trail Running Cup events. Results: Marketing research showed that runners were mostly satisfied with this sports event. Title: Business Plan: Development opportunities of project Brutal Kruháč Goals: The main goal of this thesis is to develop a business plan that will help further develop the project Brutal kruháč. Another goal is the elaboration of a business plan analyses necessary to determine the development opportunities of the project. Methods: Literature review and description of the analyzed documents were used to build a business plan. Furthermore, the method of survey, observation, analysis and comparison was used when compiling marketing and financial plan. Results: Results of the analyses show that the project is profitable and it makes sense to expand it further. Following the findings in this work the project is to be moved to its own gym in Prague, there will be extension in the number of lessons and expansion to Brno. Title: Marketing Communication of Handball Club TJ Sokol Praha Vršovice Objectives: The main aim of this bachelor thesis was to create a proposal for a new concept of marketing communication for the sports club TJ Sokol Praha Vršovice, focused on one of its main current problems which is the dimension and structure of the members' basement. In connection with that, it was necessary to do marketing research to find out the conditions and actual situation in using current tools of marketing communication by the sports club. Methods: Both methods of analysis, qualitative (interview) and quantitative (written survey), were used. Results: Data acquired from analysis was utilized and summarised in the results section. Title: Social Relationships and Attitudes in Women's RC Tatra Smichov Rugby Team Objectives: The main objective of this thesis is to analyze social relations and attitudes in the women's RC Tatra Smichov rugby team and to create the profiles of the players. The analysis should help the new coach to get to know the players well, focusing mainly on their career, ambition, motivation, and feelings during trainings and matches. At the same time, it should shed light on how they perceive themselves and their teammates. Methods: I used a variety of methods in my thesis, the most relevant of which are the questionnaire methods, group-finding techniques and methods for detecting life progress. Results: The results revealed both positive and negative aspects within the team. The need to work with the team as a whole proves to be the most significant element, together with the strong influence of the new coach, who is recommended to promote the feeling of belonging within in the team to maximize its effectiveness. On the other hand, the thesis positively points out the adequate distribution of social roles within the team, which does not call for any change. Title: Teambuilding programs in CR Goals: The goal of this bachelor's thesis is to discover and present the recent trends and characteristics of the Czech market in the field of teambuilding programs and a following suggestion about how to improve them. Methods: For writing this thesis was used the PESTLE analysis, then the analysis of potential rivals in form of modified Porter's five forces model and later the SWOT analysis. The chosen sample of the twenty Czech teambuilding agencies was selected on behalf of the rank of the agencie's internet pages in some well known internet search engines. The three agencies, which were examined in detail, were selected from the representative sample with the help of criteria of own design. The writing and the outcomes of the analyses were consulted with professionals in form of informal interviews. Results: Show us the typical strengths and weaknesses of the Czech agencies and the opportunities and threats of the Czech environment in the field of teambuilding. Title: Popularity and attitudes to handball in the Czech Republic Objectives: The aim of this work is to find out public attitudes to handball and perception of its popularity in the Czech republic. Within this research is also the aim to examine frequency of respondents' contact and awareness about this sport. Methods: Gaining the necessary data for processing the topic is reached by the method of electronic questioning using the questionnaire that has been created strictly for purpose of this work. Processing of theoretical base of this bachelor thesis has been carried out with help of the source study method. Results: Research has found out attitudes of general public in the Czech republic to handball and also perception of its popularity. On the basis of questioning has been discovered main factors influencing popularity of handball and also possible moves, which should serve to its increase.
