cze Abstract:
[cze][eng] Název: Sociální vztahy a postoje v ženském ragbyovém týmu RC Tatra Smíchov Cíle: Hlavním cílem této práce je zmapování sociálních vztahů a postojů v ženském družstvu Tatry a vytvoření profilů jednotlivých hráček. Výsledky: Výsledky odhalily pozitiva i negativa družstva. The analysis should help the new coach to get to know the players well, focusing mainly on their career, ambition, motivation, and feelings during trainings and matches. At the same time, it should shed light on how they perceive themselves and their teammates. Methods: I used a variety of methods in my thesis, the most relevant of which are the questionnaire methods, group-finding techniques and methods for detecting life progress. Results: The results revealed both positive and negative aspects within the team. The need to work with the team as a whole proves to be the most significant element, together with the strong influence of the new coach, who is recommended to promote the feeling of belonging within in the team to maximize its effectiveness. On the other hand, the thesis positively points out the adequate distribution of social roles within the team, which does not call for any change.
