Novel antibody array validation and application to determine new prognostic markers in childhood acute leukemia

v anglickém jazyce Leukemia is the most common malignant childhood disease, which occurs in Czech Republic every year in about 100 cases. That's why has been devoted over the last 5 decades much attention and funding to this research and the children with leukemia have a high chance for achieving complete remission. Nevertheless, for about 10% of patients leukemia still remains lethal and these cases are subjects of current studies. Leukemia is a complex disease in its pathology involving lots of aberrations, which pathologically manifest at the DNA, mRNA and protein level. Nevertheless some symptoms of this disease are only at the protein grade (and not DNA or mRNA). Since a broad part of the protein profile in leukemic cell changes, it is necessary to develop newer, more sensitive and especially more efficient methods, which are able to follow up changes in large sets of proteins and detect prognostic and diagnostic markers. Within diploma study a new method - multiplex antibody array - has been tested. Our laboratory tests this method in collaboration with a Norwegian laboratory (Rikshospitalet University Hospital, University of Oslo) under leading by Dr. Lund-Johansen, who is the author of this method. A tax base for corporate income tax in selected EU Member States

This thesis is dealing with the corporation income tax base in picked countries of the European Union. Countinuous efforts by the European Union on the harmonization of direct taxation and efforts to unify the rules for determining the corporation income tax base fails. The purpose of this thesis is to show the extent to which the legislation of selected countries is similar and different. The main goal of this thesis it to compare the legislation of the corporation income tax base in Czech Republic, Cyprus and Austria. This thesis is composed of five chapters. First chapter contains definitions of terms used in this thesis. The second to the fourth chapter deals with the tax base legislation in selected countries. Every from these chapters describes legislation of the crucial components which effects the corporation tax base. Every chapter is subdivided into two subchapters. The first sub-chapter focuses on the tax payers.The second sub-chapter describes the corporation tax base and components affecting its structure. The second sub-chapter is devided into four parts. Agency employment in the Czech Republic and problems connected with it

This dissertation drala with one one form of employing, that is on the labour market especially in the last days very sought, agency employing. It looks on this way of employing from the legal view and analyses other aspects of this employing way, law and obligation individual sides of this working relationship and last but not least possibilities of control and obligation sanction from the state side. Chapter one deals with definition of the term "agency employing" from the economic and law point of view. Next chapter deals with law aspects agency employing in conditions of the Czech labour market. The theme of the third chapter is other subject on the Czech labour market, it also can negotiate employment, employment office. Next chapters deals with other aspects of agency employing , under the Czech and also international conditions, law and obligations of agency employers and at least main problems agency employing and its possibilities of solution. The end is focused on the current difficult situation on the labour market.

The aim of this thesis is the role of constituent law traditions behind the formation of Nuremberg trials. It tries to answer the question where did the inspiraton for this process come from, since it was one of the most important trials in history. This paper is mainly focused on the topic of Public spaces of Old Brno. the topic was studied thru needful source of information. In the theoretical part we define the term "public space" and also describe the evolution of area of Old Brno of its origin to present times. In the practical part we elaborate various analysis of the Old Brno area. Based on the analyses we create maps portraying layout and character of public spaces of Old Brno related to its past. Analyses of Old Brno lead to defining of character of the area, genius loci and problems in the area, which are resolved carefully so that genius loci of the area is respected. The district of Old Brno is thought out to the phase of ideological concept, Kridlovicka street to teh phase of concept and two areas of Kridlovica stree to the phase of a study: area around DRFG Arena and traffic square of Kridlovicka/Vaclavska/Krizova. In the result we define an inspirational basis for designing public spaces in the district Old Brno.
