Contemporary care about dying patients from the point of a nursering staff view

First degree work characterizes the process of dying and death and nears the contemporary possibilities of a lenitive and hospice care in the Czech Republic. The starting point is the definition of basic ideas and their brief characterictic drawing from get-at-able literature and information from practice. For finding the answer for contemporary level of care about dying patients was chosen the method of a qualitative research in the form of an anonymous questionnaire appointed for a nursering staff of a standard department in the chosen medical institutions. This first degree work isn't the universal instruction how to care about and to behave to dying people. This work contributes to thinking about the question of the death and dying, about own mortality and about the factors that influence this period. It nears the needs of dying people and the opinions of a nursering staff concerning priorities and obstacles in accompanying of the dyings.

Pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic pain treatment in cardio surgery patients

Pharmacologic a non - pharmacologic pain treatment in cardio surgery patients This project is orientated on pain treatment in cardio surgery patients, especially in intensity of pain, character of pain and other close parameters. The theoretical part is about basic physiology of pain as CNS function, complex reaction on pain, types of pain, etc. There are pain-scoring scales mentioned as well. In more detail post surgery pain is analyzed, its treatment and scoring (evaluation) by a nurse. The end of this project is orientated on this topic in cardio surgery. Basic cardio surgery diagnosis, surgery procedures, post surgery care and basic vital signs monitoring are explained too. The clinical part contains results of patient examinations and discussions, which took care about the intensity of pain, the character of pain, the localization of post surgery pain and other close parameters.

National cuissine as a social and cultural decision

Předmětem mé diplomové práce je teoretická analýza národní kuchyně jako základního atributu kultury v čase a prostoru. Studium potravinových strategií a nutričních zvyklostí patří k tradičním tématickým okruhům sociální a kulturní antropologie. Je evidentní, že každá historická nebo lokální kultura byla nucena využívat surovinové a energetické zdroje v závislosti na prostředí, ve kterém existovala. Není náhodou, že výzkum vzniku a fungování lokálních kultur v konkrétním ekologickém a potravinovém kontextu vedl ke vzniku jednoho z nejvýznamnějších směrů kulturní antropologie 2. poloviny 20. století - kulturní ekologie a kulturního materialismu. Významnou složkou adaptace člověka k vnějšímu prostředí je právě potravinová strategie. V průběhu vývoje lidské společnosti jednotlivé kultury vytvořily široké spektrum tzv. národních kuchyní. Podle mého názoru potravinové strategie a s nimi spjaté kulturní tradice výrazně odrážejí způsob života každé společnosti. Proto jsem se rozhodl tento úhel pohledu uplatnit ve své diplomové práci věnované teoretické analýze národních kuchyní jako sociokulturního jevu v čase a prostoru.

The bachelor thesis deals with the importance of delegation for effective management in organizations. The theoretical part focuses on the importance
of the process of delegation. The chapters deal with what is the main focus
of the delegation and what kind of benefits the process brings. This thesis also shows
the effective methodology of process delegation and there are identified barriers
of delegation, which do not allow the managers to split work with the employees.
The thesis presents characteristic of a manager, his personality and activities. The practical part is research on the importance of delegating with senior managers and employees
at the company ERGO, a. s. In the theoretical part is a literature review of professional literature and other articles. The practical part is processed by means of qualitative research. The structured interview is based only with open questions

Parametry dojitelnosti a jejich vztah k množství, složení a technologickým vlastnostem kravského mléka

The aim of this thesis entitled Milking capacity parameters and their relation to the quantity, composition and technological properties of cow's milk is to present the issues related to this topic. This includes not only the literature search, but also its own research, that the sampling and analysis of milk and their subsequent confrontation with other studies that have been made. The theoretical part summarizes secretion and ejection of milk and its components, as well as the factors which influence both in terms of quantity and technological use. In the practical part of this thesis are then sampled milk cows monitored group and these samples subsequently processed detailed analysis. The result of analysis showed that there are many statistically conclusive relationship between the parameters of milking capacity and the amount, composition and technological properties of cow's milk. Conclusive relationship between the length of the total milk yield and milking, cows with milk yield greater than 10.6 kg of milk should milking time of 1.13 minutes longer than it was in dairy cows with lower production. The length of milking had a negative correlation with the absolute average minute gain (AAMG) and total milk yield. Dairy cows have been milking within 5 minutes had an average of 1.21 kg / min greater AAMG. These cows also had an average of 0.20 kg less milk than cows that were milked more than 5 minutes. Cows whose milk production per milk yield was more than 10.6 kg of milk have a lower fat content of 1.07%, compared to cows with lower production. Regarding the technological properties, proved that it was not a statistically significant relationship between the parameters and RCT milking capacity, consequently also the quality and curd. We also investigated the physicochemical properties of the milk which has been shown only a single relationship between these properties and parameters of the milking capacity, were active acidity whose value in dairy cows with higher milk yield was about 0.13 pH higher than that of cows with a lower milk yield was very pronounced influence individuality cows, which was reflected in the content of protein, lactose, non-fat dry matter further at RCT and all monitored physico-chemical properties.

Modification of coating-substrate interface character of thermally sprayed coatings using electron beam technology

Tato práce je zaměřena na modifikaci charakteru rozhraní substrát-nástřik NiCrAlY povlaků nanesených pomocí technologie vodou stabilizované plazmy na substráty z oceli S235JRC+C. Přetavení žárové vrstvy elektronovým paprskem bylo zvoleno jako technologie pro modifikaci a dvě různé modifikace byly zkoumány. V práci byl proveden pokus o stanovení vlivu modifikací na adhezní vlastnosti nástřiku. Dále jsou v práci prezentovány analýzy mikrostruktury, fázového a chemického složení a mikrotvrdosti ve stavu před a po modifikaci. Během studie bylo zjištěno, že dochází ke změnám fázového složení jak během depozice, tak během modifikace elektronovým paprskem. Modifikace elektronovým paprskem způsobila roztavení oxidů původní mikrostruktury nástřiku, které následně rekrystalizovaly na povrchu modifikované vrstvy. Dalším získaným poznatkem bylo, že dochází ke snížení mikrotvrdosti po modifikaci, což bylo způsobeno odstraněním oxidů z mikrostruktury a promícháním materiálu substrátu a původního nástřiku. Adheze nástřiků v as sprayed stavu byla kvantifikována. V případě nástřiků modifikovaných elektronovým paprskem přesná kvantifikace nebyla možná, z důvodu předčasného porušení na rozhraní nástřik-adhezivní pojivo během adhezních testů.

Protection of Steel Constructions against Corrosion

This thesis is focused on the issues of corrosion and anti-corrosion control of steel structures. Firstly, the principles and mechanisms of electrochemical corrosion are discussed along with the specific forms of corrosion and how the environment influences the corrosion process. Additionally, options for anti-corrosion control are discussed as it relates to specific steel structures. Finally, the methods of corrosion detection and monitoring are discussed.

Synthesis, structure, and opto-electronic properties of organic dies on diamond

We prepare a thin-film heterojunction of polypyrrole (Ppy) on hydrogen-terminated diamond by electro-polymerization from solution. We combine advanced scanning techniques (AFM, KFM, micro-Raman) to characterize microscopic structural, chemical, and opto-electronic properties of such system.
