This diploma thesis deals with the topic of incentive system to streamline the work of employees in the manufacturing plant and it is divided into two main parts. The theoretical background part and the practical part. The goal of the thesis is to first analyze existing incentive system to streamline the work of employees in the manufacturing plant and then propose its improvements in line with the achieving higher efficiency of employees work. In the theoretical background chapter, author aims at explanation of basics concepts connected with this problematic. The practical part deals with the existing incentive system and after finding the results author will recommend maybe any modification of existing system or just completely new one.

Media picture of Čihošť miracle throughout the times

The event known as the miracle of Cihost happened in a small village Číhošť in the region of Havlickuv Brod at the end of 1949, beginning of 1950. A crucifix moved on the altar during a sermon. The event led to an investigation and the detention of local priest, Josef Toufar, by the State Secret Police. Father Toufar became one of the first victims of the newly established totalitarian regime. This work presents the case known as the miracle of Cihost over three historical periods. The first period is connected with the origin of the case, therefore the end of 1949, beginning of 1950, the second period, which deals with events in Cihost to a certain extent, is the reform year 1968 and the last period is represented by the velvet revolution in 1989 which changed the established manner of functioning of state apparatus in our country and during which time the existing media system also transformed. The aim of this work is to point out the differences in the interpretations of this case in separate historical periods as each period deals with the case in question very differently. Analysis of the Czech Republics´s preparedness to adopt the single European currency (Euro)

This diploma thesis is devided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with economic background of the european integration. It´s main part is focused on the single market and mainly on the economic and monetary union. Attention is paid to the Maastricht convergence criteria, stage of real convergence and to the entry criteria adopted in Copenhagen. The practical part deals with the readiness of the Czech republic to adopt the single currency. It analyses both economic, political, and legal convergence of the Czech republic to the Euro Zone. The Czech republic has in recent years fulfilled the Maastricht critera, the addoption of euro is however hindered by insufficient legal convergence. The addoption of euro starts with a political decision, to what hasn´t been yet found sufficient consensus.

The thesis sumps up the most important and the most often diseases linked to sex chromosomes. The beginning of the work describes genetic information of dogs also mutations connected to genetic diseases and distribution of the genetic illnesses itself. The thesis follows with heredity of characters connected with sex and the origin of X and Y chromosom. The last part of the thesis describs the illnesses, symptoms, genetic backround, diagnostics and treatment.

The subject of this thesis: "Marketing Mix TAMIS AIRSOFT s.r.o." is an analysis of the marketing mix of the company and the preparation of proposals for its improvement. The theoretical part deals with basic concepts related to the issues and analytical part focuses on a thorough analysis of the company, its customers and the environment. In this section are given suggestions for improving the situation of the company and recommendations, which should lead to better promote their business and increase overall profits.

The influence of tomato ketchupes production technology on retention of nutritionally significance ingredients

The work was focused on the verification of influence of quality of raw material and time-temperature conditions on the retention of nutritionally and sensory important components of the ketchups and other tomato based products. The goal of the theoretical part of this diploma thesis was the optimization of procedure of Czech tomato cultivar selection according to the highest refraction and intensive red colour. The influence of tomato ketchups production technology on retention of nutritionally significant ingredients was observed within the practical part. The samples of ketchups were sampled during different steps of production within one batch in company OTMA Sloko Mařatice. It was ketchup which was preserved by pasteurization in the glass bottle and ketchup which was preserved by hot filing to the plastic bottles. The content of lycopene, ascorbic acid, colour, viscosity, refraction and pH were measured in those samples. Furosine had been chosen as marker of thermal stress on material. The technologies can be compared on the basic of measured values from the view of retention or changes of nutritionally and sensory important components.

This paper discusses Municipal Elections, their system and it's differences from the elections to the Chamber of Deputies of the Czech Republic. It examines, whether the voters of the three selected municipalities in local elections support the same party, as in the Parliamentary Elections. For individual parties runnig for election to Municipal Councils it monitors and compares the development of their preferences over time.
