Low-cost demonstrators for automatic control methods
Malypetr, Matěj ; Kozovský, Matúš (referee) ; Blaha, Petr (advisor)
This work describes the design and subsequent implementation of two tasks for the demonstration of automatic control using an Arduino development board. The control circuit consists of a physical systemsystém with attached actuator, sensor for the measurement of the system’s output and Arduino board as a control unit with automatic feedback controller of PID type. For both demonstrators, parametric model is obtained from measured data using system identification and output filter is designed and implemented. The controller is designed in the environment of MATLAB® Simulink. Simulink support package for Arduino addon enables to automaticaly compile generated code, to program the Arduino board through USB cable and to launch this program in real-time. It is also possible to monitor and calibrate the constants directly through the Simulink scheme.
A Start-up Expansion Plan to the French Market
Buršík, Dominik ; Bláha, Petr (referee) ; Šimberová, Iveta (advisor)
The diploma thesis focuses on automation and dynamic pricing. Its main goal is to create a specific expansion plan for a select company on the French market. The foundation for the effective marketing plan designing is to analyse the environment of the company and the e commerce market in France.
Laboratory tasks for ball on an inclined plane
Řezáč, Martin ; Graf, Miroslav (referee) ; Blaha, Petr (advisor)
The thesis deals with the identification and control of dynamic systems using LabVIEW graphical programming environment. Cascade form of control with PI and PD controllers has been used for regulation and designed in Matlab. These controllers were then tested on real product. Laboratory exercises with model solutions are also included.
NMPC Application for PMSM Drive Control
Kozubík, Michal ; Blaha, Petr (referee) ; Václavek, Pavel (advisor)
This thesis focuses on the possibilities of application of nonlinear model predictive control for electric drives. Specifically, for drives with a permanent magnet synchronous motor. The thesis briefly describes the properties of this type of drive and presents its mathematical model. After that, a nonlinear model of predictive control and methods of nonlinear optimization, which form the basis for the controller output calculation, are described. As it is used in the proposed algorithm, the Active set method is described in more detail. The thesis also includes simulation experiments focusing on the choice of the objective function on the ability to control the drive. The same effect is examined for the different choices of the length of the prediction horizon. The end of the thesis is dedicated to the comparison between the proposed algorithm and commonly used field oriented control. The computational demands of the proposed algorithm are also measured and compared to the used sampling time.
Temperature control in bioreactor
Pospíchal, Zbyněk ; Václavek, Pavel (referee) ; Blaha, Petr (advisor)
This thesis deal with improvement behavior of temperature control in bioreactor. It was created model of system. Basic PI controller could solve all problems. After analysis of system were decided to used fuzzy controller. Fuzzy controller in comparison with classic PI controller has better behavior in this application.
Control of two dc motors on common shaft
Orávik, Tomáš ; Pohl, Lukáš (referee) ; Blaha, Petr (advisor)
Thesis deals with control of two DC motors on commom shaft using programing software LabVIEW, communicating with model CompactRio 9076 and I/O module NI 9505, methods for identifying paramaters, methods motion controllers.
Modelica Models use in Matlab-Simulink Environment
Glos, Jan ; Blaha, Petr (referee) ; Václavek, Pavel (advisor)
This thesis solves the use of Modelica models in Matlab/Simulink enviroment. The first part is focused on Modelica language and Functional Mock-up Interface, a standard way for model exchange and co-simulation of dynamic models, which is supported by most Modelica oriented tools. Based on this standard FMUtoolbox was created and it provides the ability to import and simulate models exported as Functional Mock-up Unit. The tool provides a Simulink block, graphical and command-line interface.
Supporting algorithms for electrical motor control
Řezáč, Martin ; Buchta, Luděk (referee) ; Blaha, Petr (advisor)
This thesis is focused on a creating supporting drivers and algorithms for electrical motor control using CPU TriCore TC275 CA. The first part is devoted to processor description and selected peripherals, which are A/D converter, a timer for creating the PWM signals and the second timer for processing singnals from encoder. All drivers are tested on an aplication kit, which is equipped with TC275 CA processor. The second part analyzes the measurement quality of GMR sensor TLE5009. Special testbench was prepared for sin cos data capturing and for their comparison with precise encoder position measurement. It was composed from DC motor having both sensor types on commons shaft. Data are acquired using LabView. Subsequently, it analyzes the sensor data, their compensation and subsequent comparison with measured data from the encoder.
Building of the main grandstand and head office Grand Prix Brno
Bláha, Pavel ; Marek, Jiří (referee) ; Šindlar, Jiljí (advisor)
My diploma project is the proposed building of the main grandstand and head office Grand Prix Brno. The building is located near Ostrovačice and Brno-Žebětín. It is a two-floor building consisting of steel structure and five-floor reinforced concrete frame construction. Fundamentals are the foundation footings and passports.
MIL real time simulation of electrical motors
Bartík, Ondřej ; Veselý, Libor (referee) ; Blaha, Petr (advisor)
The goal of this thesis is how to implement the two different types of the electric alternate motors in ZYNQ-7000 device for MIL real-time simulation purposes. The chosen types of motors are BLDC motor and AC induction motor. Mathematics models of these motor, the necessary changes for implementation purposes and the way how the models were implemented in ZYNQ-7000 device are described in this work. Three different experimental MIL simulation, using these motors ae described at the end of this thesis.
