Tato práce se zabývá možnostmi zlepšení kvality regulace teploty v bioreactoru. Byl vytvořen model systému. Klasický PI regulátor není schopen splnit podmínky regulace. Na základě analýzy systému byl zvolen jako nejvhodnější fuzzy regulátor. Nastavený fuzzy regulátor je porovnán s původně implementovaným PI regulátorem. Je dosaženo zlepšení odezvy ve všech sledovaných parametrech. This thesis deal with improvement behavior of temperature control in bioreactor. It was created model of system. Basic PI controller could solve all problems. After analysis of system were decided to used fuzzy controller. Fuzzy controller in comparison with classic PI controller has better behavior in this application.
