Problems of the hip in patients with childhood cerebral palsy in childhood and adolescence. Experimentally influenced centering of the hip by a combination of operational tactics

Cerebral palsy it must be nonprogressive brain lesion or lesions. The original lesion must occur prenatally, at birth, or early in the postnatal period. The primary disorder involves the musculoskeletal systém and lack of motor control, mental retardation or defects of hearing, language. Prevalence of cerebral palsy is different - between 0,6- 5,9 per 1000 births. In Western countries, the birth prevalence rate is about 2,0 per 1000. In children with cerebral palsy the hip joint appears to be relative nornmal at birth. There is abnormally increased femoral anteversion and neck-shaft angle. Increasing adduction-flexion contractures of the hip, acetabular dysplasia, subluxation eventual dislocation of the hip.Adduction deformity of the hip is caused by spasticity and contracture of the hip adductors and the medial hamstrings. Flexion deformity of the hip is primarily caused by spasticity and contracture of the iliopsoas and secondarily by rectus femoris muscles. When the rectus femoris is the cause, hip flexion deformity is increased with the knee in flexion and decreased with the knee in extension. When it is due to the iliopsoas muscle, the position of the knee has no effect on the degree of hip flexion contracture ( Thomas test). 5 Abstract Resilience, stressing out the positive aspects of personality and ways of finding sources of support for the development of the internal forces of an individual despite challenging life circumstances has been receiving more and more attention recently from both professionals and the public. Results of the resilience research are affecting theoretical concepts, however, also the areas of intervention, psychotherapy, counseling and prevention programs as well. The subject of theoretical part of the thesis was the introduction to theoretical concepts of resilience and topics related to it. A special attention has been paid to the resilience to the trauma, as well as the results of research concerning resilience sources, risk and protective factors. The specifics of resilience relating to a given age group were discussed in the theoretical part. The subject of the empirical part was to develop a Czech version of the Resilience to Trauma Scale - Research Edition (RTS-RE) and its explorative analysis in order to create a pilot version, which could become a basis for subsequent wider use in research on resilience. The Influence of Endogenic Breathing upon the Respiratory System in Children with Bronchial Asthma

Název: Vliv endogenního dýchání na dýchací systém dětí s astma bronchiale Influence ofendogenous breathing for respiratory system children with bronchial asthma Cílem práce bylo ověřit vliv málo známé metody endogenního dýchání, propagované ruskou Akademií věd, u dětí předškolního věku s diagnózou astma bronchiale, u kterých jsme se pokusili zhodnotit výsledky jedenáctiměsíčního experimentu. Jelikož problematika astma bronchiale se týká velkého procenta dětí, je důležité poukázat na jednu z mnoha možných metod, kterou lze pozitivně působit na průběh onemocnění. Při léčbě astmatu je důležité využívat individuálně všechny medicínské, alternativní i pomocné metody a tím komplexně ovlivňovat organismus. Metoda výzkumu byla provedena formou experimentu, a to s pomocí Frolovova dýchacího trenažéru. Po dobu jedenácti měsíců bylo prováděno pravidelné endogenní dýchání s pěti astmatickými dětmi předškolního věku, které navštěvují "denní stacionář pro děti s onemocněním dýchacích cest". Objektivním ukazatelem účinnosti metody je spirometrické vyšetření, měření rozdílu objemových hodnot hrudníku mezi nádechem a výdechem a vyšetření svalové síly oslabených svalových skupin. Jedním z cílů diplomové práce bylo také vytvořit vhodný, ucelený projekt pro práci preventistů na základních školách. Metoda: Průzkum byl proveden v 8. a 9. ročnících 1Oti základních škol v Karlových Varech v celkovém objemu 794 dotázaných respondentů. Průměrný věk respondentů činill3, 94 roků. Metoda průzkumu byla provedena formou písemné ankety. Dotazovaní jedinci obdrželi sestavenou anketu, jejíž součástí byly přesné instrukce k vyplnění. Anketa byla rozdělena na dvě části. Každá z částí obsahovala sedm otázek. První část označena jako A byla koncipována za účelem zmapování drogové situace u dotázaných respondentů na základních školách v Karlových Varech. Druhá část označena jako B se zaměřovala pouze na prevenci a její vnímání dotázanými respondenty. Cílem práce je proto ověřit věrohodnost výpovědí jednotlivých nápisů srovnáním jejich obsahu s jinými, nezávislými zprávami. Součástí dané analýzy je také ověření pravosti dnešního stavu nápisů za pomoci zjištění, která přinesly dosavadní odborné restaurátorské průzkumy. Vzhledem ktomu, že tématem věrohodnosti a pravosti nápisů se zabývala již nejedna generace historiků, si práce klade za cíl také utřídění a zpřehlednění poznatků o nápisech získaných více jak dvousetletým bádáním. - The Issue of the Concept of Criminal Custody This diploma thesis deals with the instrument of criminal custody as a security instrument. This instrument is considered as quite controversial in view of the fact that it's usage means the conflict between the interest of the investigating authority to accomplish the purpose of prosecution and person's right to personal freedom guaranteed by the Charter of fundamental rights and freedoms while the accused has to be treated as innocent according to the principle of presumption of innocence. The goal of this diploma thesis is to provide a comprehensive overview of the current legislation of the instrument of custody and also of the problems connected with custody. The thesis is divided into seven chapters including the introduction and the ending chapter. The second chapter deals with the development of the custody legislation in history and major part of the chapter is focused on the Act's of criminal procedure from years 1873, 1950 and 1961. This master's thesis aims to describe legislation of international and national double taxation. Furthermore, this paper deals with the term tax and puts down following questions: what does a tax represent; what is the subject of a tax; who is a resident and who is a non-resident. At the same time the master's thesis focuses on the history of international double taxation, consequences of double taxation and last but not least on the tax avoidance. The master's thesis is comprised of three chapters that are divided into more detailed subchapters. The first chapter deals with a tax as such in the Czech legal system and primarily deals with a tax as the most important source of financing of state budgets because the whole public sector is funded by taxes. Furthermore, it introduces to the issue of double taxation as a negative economic phenomenon for taxpayers and to the methods of the state intervention into a removal of double taxation whether national or international. International double taxation of individuals

The aim of this thesis on the topic of the International double taxation of individuals is to offer particular point of view on this issue to the reader and make him acquainted with some current problems related to international taxation of income. The first chapter is focused on czech income tax, especially on taxation of individuals with its goal to define basic terms. Next chapter is concentrated on term double taxation and describes main reasons for its existence. Concurrently are described unilateral and international measures to eliminate double taxation of income and also methods for elimination of double taxation. Afterwards this thesis attends to bilateral international tax conventions and its evolution and interpretation. Considering the fact that majority of all concluded tax conventions are inspired by OECD model tax convention, the third chapter of this thesis is focused on the importance of the OECD model and its commentary for interpretation and application of bilateral international tax conventions.
