Employee Remuneration System in the Selected Company and Proposal of Changes to its Improvement

This bachelor thesis deals with the employee remuneration system in a particular company. The introductory part of the thesis is devoted to the theoretical foundations of employee remuneration, which were drawn from the relevant literature. In the second part, an analysis is made of the current state of remuneration in the selected company, taking into account the internal and external influences that shape this system. The final part of the paper presents suggestions for adjustments to the reward system that should lead to better employee satisfaction and loyalty.

This bachelor thesis focuses on the use of project management methods to create a project methodology for managing student projects The first part describes the theoretical background of the methods used alongside with the definition of the different phases of the project. The second part deals with the introduction and evaluation of the current state of the student team strojLAB, in which the mentioned project is implemented. The final part is the practical part, which deals with the project management of the ARGO MIKRO project. This section contains recommendations for each method presented and together forms the project methodology.

The first part defines the theoretical foundations of financial analysis methods, instruments and indicators. In the second part we can find the application of selected methods of financial analysis for the company TYHAN Ltd. The last part deals with possible proposals to improve the financial situation of the company.

This bachelor’s thesis deals with marketing mix of the Tiskárna Pospíšil company. Subject of this thesis is to analyse current state of the company in terms of marketing mix and to create my own suggestions for improvement. The theoretical part defines the terms marketing and marketing mix, which are subsequently applied in the analytical part, where the company is analysed. The last part proposes marketing measures that will lead to the acquisition of potential new customers and improve the promotion.

This work solves the problems with taking care of capital goods in the firm Komponenty, a. s. The work is elaborated from the analysis of present situation in the firm, the heed is oriented to the most important areas, especially the organisation and maintenance activity and taking care of assets. The result of the performed analysis is identification of bad spots. Proposal is submitted in the second part of the work in order to solve the problems found by performing the work. At the end economical evaluation of the proposal and statement of assumptions for the applications of the extended work result to firm use is performed.
