Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na využití metod projektového managementu za účelem vytvoření projektové metodiky pro řízení studentských projektů. První část popisuje teoretické pozadí použitých metod spolu s definicí jednotlivých fází projektu. Část druhá se zabývá představením a zhodnocením současného stavu studentského týmu strojLAB, ve kterém je zmíněný projekt realizován. Poslední částí je část návrhová, která se zabývá projektovým řízením projektu ARGO MIKRO. Tato část obsahuje také doporučení ke každé uvedené metodě, která utváří projektovou metodiku. This bachelor thesis focuses on the use of project management methods to create a project methodology for managing student projects The first part describes the theoretical background of the methods used alongside with the definition of the different phases of the project. The second part deals with the introduction and evaluation of the current state of the student team strojLAB, in which the mentioned project is implemented. The final part is the practical part, which deals with the project management of the ARGO MIKRO project. This section contains recommendations for each method presented and together forms the project methodology.
