Marketing communication of the company when entering the market

The diploma's thesis focuses on the marketing communication of a specific company newly entering the market. The primary goal of the thesis is to create a marketing plan, which is developed based on all collected data. The selected enterprise specializes in financial consulting. Through a survey, customers' opinions on marketing communication in the service sector were collected. The interview with the business owner provided insights into the current and ideal state of marketing communication. Market data were analysed, yielding essential information. On the basis of this supporting data, a marketing communication plan for the Selected Company for the year 2025 was subsequently drawn up. The profitability of this plan was verified by calculation.

Marketing communication in the company is not thriving greatly, therefore based on this deficiency I will analyze the marketing communication, I will also pay attention to advertising and sales promotion which are part of the communication mix. At the end of this thesis, some solutions will be proposed to establish a closer relationship with the customers and the public of the community.

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of sales promotion and advertising of a pet supplies company. In the company, marketing communication is largely neglected. In this thesis, a large part of marketing communication will be analyzed, but more attention will be paid to advertising and personal selling, as they form an essential part of the communication mix. The thesis will conclude by suggesting improvements that should lead to an increase in the number of sales, mainly due to an increase in the satisfaction and loyalty of regular customers and an increase in the number of new customers.
