Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem podnikatelského plánu a rozvojem značky Lusk, která prodává sportovní oblečení pro ženy přes e-shop a sociální sítě. Práce je rozdělena na tři hlavní části. V první části se nachází teorie k danému tématu, která je potřebná pro druhou, analytickou část této bakalářské práce. Analytická část zkoumá vnitřní a vnější prostředí této značky a její současný stav. Třetí, návrhová část obsahuje doporučení pro rozvoj značky a celkové shrnutí bakalářské práce.

Proposal to Change the Marketing Communication of a Real Estate Agency

This thesis deals with a proposal to improve the marketing communication of a selected real estate agency with a primary focus on the preferences of Generation Z. The thesis is divided into three parts, the theoretical part focuses on marketing communication of services, generation Z, X and Y and the main features characterizing the real estate market. The analytical part focuses on the current situation of the selected real estate agency in the field of marketing communication, the analysis of the external and internal environment and qualitative research focusing on the preferences of Generation Z in choosing their own housing. In the proposal part, optimal changes in the field of marketing communication for the real estate agency are recommended on the basis of the analytical part.

Feasibility study of Business activities

The main topic of this bachelor's thesis is the preparation of a feasibility study for a new board game, so that the thesis presents the basis for supporting entrepreneurs, or rejecting this plan. The work focused on three parts. The production part, which proposes ideal methods of production, according to product requirements and costs. In the second part, the thesis focuses on the analysis of the external environment using market analysis, target group, PESTLE or Porter's five forces model. The final part evaluates the economic feasibility of the project. Product marketing mix, break-even point analysis, ROI analysis and SWOT analysis are covered here. These analyzes work with information from the analysis of the internal and external environment. Finally, the balance sheet and profit and loss statement are prepared.

The bachelor thesis deals with the assessment of the financial situation of SMC Industrial Automation CZ s. r. o. in the years 2018-2022. The work is divided into 3 parts. The first part is the theoretical part, where the basic concepts of financial analysis and their indicators are described. The second part is practical, which includes the calculation and evaluation of individual indicators. The last part is a proposal, where there are possibilities for improving the financial situation of the company. These proposals were consulted with the management of the company.

The bachelor thesis evaluates the economic situation of the company LABARA s.r.o. in the period from 2018 to 2022. The theoretic part describes methods of the economic analysis and selected indicators of the financial analysis. The practical part contains information about the analysed company and its competition, strategic analysis and calculations of financial analysis indicators which are then compared to the competitions. There are introduced proposals to improve economic situation of the company in the end of the bachelor thesis.

This bachelor thesis focuses on the evaluation of the financial situation of the company BIOMAC Ltd. over a period of five years, specifically from 2018 to 2022. The first part is dedicated to the theoretical foundations, discussing the basic principles and indicators of financial analysis. The second part concentrates on the application of these methods to a specific case study of the selected company and the subsequent interpretation of the results obtained. The final part of the work presents my own proposals aimed at improving the financial performance of the business in the coming years.

This master’s thesis aims to compile a business plan for establishing a small company, specifically a distillery specializing in the production of traditional fruit spirits in the area of the city of Břeclav. The theoretical part of this thesis defines basic concepts in business, analyzes the external and internal environment, and develops a business plan for the newly emerging company. The analytical section includes SLEPTE analysis, Porter‘s Five Forces model, market analysis, and subsequent SWOT analysis, including a SWOT matrix. The practical part comprises the structure of the business plan, encompassing production planning, marketing planning, risk analysis, financial planning, and a schedule.

This bachelor thesis focuses on the performance evaluation of the company Vasky Trade s.r.o. The performance of the company is assessed for the period from 2018 to 2022 using financial analysis tools and analysis of the external environment. The thesis consists of a theoretical part, which includes a description of specific methods and procedures for conducting the analysis, and a practical part, where these procedures are applied. In conclusion, these analyses are evaluated, and adequate improvement suggestions are made for any insufficient values.

The analytical part presents a specific company and then a financial analysis is performed based on the information from the theoretical part. In the final part, proposals for improving the overall situation of the selected company are presented.
