Chcu víno! - Mobile App for Communication of a Customer with a Wine Maker
Adamec, Martin ; Szőke, Igor (referee) ; Herout, Adam (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to create a mobile application for Android that will connect small wineries with their customers. The result is two applications, the first of which is for wineries and the second one for customers, who can search wineries by simple criteria, save them as favorites, make notes and much more. The applications respects Material Design rules. Google Firebase is used for work with data and Firebase Cloud Messaging handles notifications between devices.
Mobile and Web App for Supporting Group Work
Polanský, Petr ; Špaňhel, Jakub (referee) ; Herout, Adam (advisor)
This master's thesis describe design and implementation of mobile and web application for supporting group work. Every team member send his work report in specific time period for compare themself with each other. In first part is described analysis and motivation for this application. Next chapters inform about similiar applications, Android platform and used technologies. In design chapter are described screens of mobile application, history of their design and web application design. In the last chapter is described implementation and testing.
Mobile Android sport application
Maloušek, Jan ; Novák, Marek (referee) ; Kadlec, Petr (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to design a mobile application for Android OS, which will be used to organize joint sports activities. Theoretical part of this document describes the Android operating system itself, creation and basic components of application and Firebase database system. Practical part of this thesis deals with designing the application itself, including used solutions and algorithms. Main focus of the design part was on functionality and intuitiveness and also on the use of the best practice programming techniques.
Mobile App for Collecting Detailed Statistics from Basketball Matches
Grenar, Petr ; Špaňhel, Jakub (referee) ; Herout, Adam (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to develop a mobile application for collecting basketball statistics. Within the application I focus on collecting non-traditional statistics (for example counterattacks, shooting techniques) that serve coaches as a feedback to their training plan. Of course the application also allows collect classic basketball statistics such as shooting and fouls. All data are stored in the cloud database which is based on Google Firebase technology that allows real-time synchronization across devices. Appearance is designed with Material Design which recommends how the application should look like. The controls are designed to allow users to enter data as quickly as possible during a match.
Mobile Application for Finding Sports Teammates
Kolečkář, David ; Španěl, Michal (referee) ; Bambušek, David (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to design and implement a mobile application for Android operating system, which will be used for finding sports teammates. Application allows users to share and respond to offers for various sports activities. This document is a description of the design and development of the user interface and its implementation. The result of this work is a free mobile application that allows users to find the appropriate teammates, according to selected criteria.
Mobile App for Sharing Information about Presence in a Location
Vlk, Tomáš ; Veľas, Martin (referee) ; Herout, Adam (advisor)
The aim of this work is to create a user-friendly mobile application for Android that will make it easier to share ones's location while keeping their privacy. Instead of the GPS coordinates of the current location, the application only shares the information about the user's presence at the place. For easier sharing, it also offers automatic detection of the presence at a specific place. The result of this work is a application with a user interface that respects the Material Design, which makes it possible to determine the device's presence at a place with a radius greater than 50 meters, but there is no active polling. The application which has been created does not need to be run at all (or any of its background services) and it can detect the device's presence at a specific place and receive messages from other devices. The biggest advantage of this approach is very low energy consumption in contrast to other solutions.
Automated Plant Growing
Švancer, Jan ; Široký, Adam (referee) ; Musil, Martin (advisor)
This thesis combines two current trends - the Internet of Things and Urban Agriculture. It describes technologies for wireless sensors communication in smart homes and hardware for their implementation. Based on these technologies smart hardware for automatic plants growing is implemented and connected to cloud with remote access via iOS mobile application.
Web application for recording lifetime goals
Kašpar, Jakub ; Hradil, Jiří (advisor) ; Ženíšek, Jan (referee)
The bachelor thesis highlights the importance of setting life goals and deals with the implementation of the recording tool. There are currently several solutions to the issue, which are very popular especially in the Western world. These solutions are outdated because they were created more than 8 years ago and since then there has been no major innovation. With the rapid development of today's technologies can be offered a much simpler and more user-friendly tool for recording life goals. The aim of this work is to create a minimal viable product that will enable a customer to record their life goals. To achieve the goal, it was first necessary to find and compare existing solutions to choose the appropriate benchmarks and to define the scope of implementation of our own life recording tool. In addition, it was necessary to select the appropriate tools and technologies, create wireframes to test the user interface and then incorporate knowledge into the application design. From the resulting design, a data structure design was created, followed by the development of the tool itself. The author's contribution consists in comparing and evaluating selected existing solutions that have identified some shortcomings. These were incorporated and better solutions are implemented into the author's own instrument for recording life goals.
Development of mobile application for iOS platform
Aldorf, David ; Šimek, Pavel (advisor) ; Stočes, Michal (referee)
This Bachelor's thesis deal with the development of mobile applications for iOS operating system. Creating of application was based on theoretical knowledge gained in the theoretic part of the bachelor's thesis. It was made a comparison of development environment based on chosen scoring method. The Chosen development environment was Xcode IDE developer by Apple Inc. Then it was create a logical design that contains the layout and describes the functionality of the application. Based on logical design was created graphic design based on Material design by Google. For the implementation of code was used modern object-oriented programming language Swift. Application allows users login via social network Facebook or via email. It ensures data storage in database FireBase and the users can access their data from other iOS devices. Application generate list of healthy life recipes from database and then keep user's informations for calculate the ideal day meal.
Web Application for Managing Notes
Hrdina, Jan ; Očenášek, Pavel (referee) ; Burget, Radek (advisor)
The thesis deals with design and implementation of a web application for managing tree-structured notes. Its aim is to fulfill the true potential of using computers in this area. It tries to achieve this goal using (1) multiple ways of viewing and editing one data, (2) focusing the data-model primarily on the meaning of stored information instead of appearance and (3) implementing tools for interactive work with text (e.g. attaching multimedia). Apart from the application design itself, the text briefly goes through modern trends in web applications development, it defines the basic concepts in relation to existing tools for managing notes and outlines wide possibilities of further development. The application itself was implemented using technologies such as Polymer, TypeScript or Firebase.
