Electronic supercharger for Formula Student
Matoušek, Patrik ; Šebela, Kamil (referee) ; Janoušek, Michal (advisor)
The main goal of this diploma thesis is to verify the application of the Electric compressor in the Formula Student monopost category. Diploma thesis is focused on the computational model and analysis of the combustion engine in the GT-POWER software. Outputs from this calculation are used for the design of the main parameters of battery pack. In the final part of the thesis, the monoposts with ordinary turbocharger and with the electric compressor are compared in the lap time simulation in the Autocross discipline.
Design of the robotic work cell for the spot welding
Hrubeš, Kryštof ; Szabari, Mikuláš (referee) ; Bražina, Jakub (advisor)
This work deals with the design and creation of a virtual simulation of a robotic workplace for spot welding in the Tecnomatix Process Simulate. The aim of the work is to get acquainted with the issues of robotic workplaces, especially in the field of spot. Then, based on this knowledge, design a robotic work cell for welding two sheets. The whole process will then be simulated in the Tecnomatix Process Simulate and this simulation will serve as a demonstration in teaching.
Planetary Gearbox Design for the Formula Student
Viktořík, Marek ; Řehák, Kamil (referee) ; Prokop, Aleš (advisor)
The purpose of the bachelor thesis is to design a reduction gearbox for a Formula Student Electric car. Firstly, the theoretical part summarizes the distribution of used transfers in the competition. Secondly, the research part analyses the proposals of reduction gears for monoposts of this competition in more detail. Thirdly, the description of reduction gears for passenger cars is provided. Finally, the result is the design of gears itself and their components transmitting torque. Furthermore, the FEM analysis of all critical parts of the transmission system is performed.
Design and Realization of Acoustic Adjustments of Listening Room
Vajda, Michal ; Miklánek, Štěpán (referee) ; Schimmel, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is devoted to the design of acoustic modifications of residential space and the subsequent implementation of these modifications. Its aim is to design an optimal solution of the space for listening to music in accordance with the Czech Technical Standards. The basic parameters investigated are reverberation time and acoustic quality criteria. The thesis deals with simulation in the EASE modelling program and addresses situations before and after acoustic treatment. The following methods and procedures are used to comprehensively address the above mentioned treatments and to achieve the set objective. Furthermore, the simulation is verified with a custom calculator in Excel. After using the absorbers suitable for adjustment, the implementation with the final measurement of the reverberation time is carried out. Finally, an additional modification design is created using Helmholtz resonators. The implemented methods achieve an optimal and frequency balanced reverberation time and the room can be used as a mixing hall for multi-channel sound recording.
Simulation and traffic control using Petri nets
Zbranek, Matyáš ; Holoubek, Tomáš (referee) ; Dobrovský, Ladislav (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the modelling, simulation and control of a real traffic light intersection using Petri nets. Nowadays, when many people own a car, road traffic and time spent on the road becomes an important part of life. Intersections are often critical places where traffic slows down or even stops. The theoretical part introduces Petri nets, some traffic management systems and studies that have solved traffic situations using Petri nets. The practical part relies on traffic measurements at the intersection. The traffic light model, car clearance and the model of the whole intersection are described. In order to make the traffic in the simulation as close as possible to the real behaviour, stochastically timed Petri nets are used. Furthermore, possible control sequences are proposed and simulated with different traffic volumes. Finally, all data are evaluated and the designs are compared. The PetNetSim library editor was used to generate the models.
Control of a virtual production line
Barčák, Martin ; Kacz, Peter (referee) ; Štohl, Radek (advisor)
The aim of this work is to get acquainted with the Factory I / O development systems and then describe it. Furthermore, to design a laboratory task whose task is to move and load pallets with material into a vertical warehouse using Factory I / O controlled by a PLC and to carry out a laboratory task. Finally, there is a need to create a sample laboratory task.
Desing and implementation of the LCC converter application for emulation validating of the integrated LLC converters
Pokorný, Ondřej ; Levek, Vladimír (referee) ; Prokop, Roman (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with the design of an LLC converter, which will be used for the verification of prototypes of integrated circuit designs, as well as its applications. First, we address why we chose the LLC converter specifically for this application. We continue by analysing the specific type of converter and describe its function. The main point of this thesis is the numerical design with input parameters, which concludes with a simulation which verifies the calculated values. The product of the thesis is the design of the final wiring diagram of the LLC converter and the test board (module) and their realisation on PCB. The thesis concludes with a verification of the whole construction using a test board in a practical measurement. The work includes the author’s own design of a transformer, as well as a discussion on the problematics of the usage of magnetic circuits for LLC converters.
Configuring Integrated Circuit with a Single External Resistor
Chmelař, Martin ; Šteffan, Pavel (referee) ; Boušek, Jaroslav (advisor)
This thesis deals with the design and simulation of an analog circuit that is able to adjust the functions of other parts of the circuit by connecting an external resistor. The design is done in submicron technology.
A Set of Tasks for the Course of Introduction to Cybernetics
Jalůvková, Markéta ; Arm, Jakub (referee) ; Jirgl, Miroslav (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis is about making application in MATLAB App Designer. It describe using real systems and basic dynamic properties in GUI applications. It has use for students of Entrance for kyberneticts. Goal is to make application with conection on chosen systems created in MATLAB Simulink interface
Epidemiological modeling of Covid-19
Motlíčková, Klára ; Ředina, Richard (referee) ; Mézl, Martin (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with matematical compartment modeling of the COVID-19 pandemic. The basic epidemiological models are presented and six studies that deal with the behavior of the SARS-CoV-2 virus under different conditions are presented. On the SIR model are estimated parameters for first and fourth wave of the epidemic, using algorithm in MATLAB is made optimalization for all the waves of epidemic in the Czech Republic and also for the fourth wave on the SEIR model. The impact of antiepidemic measures is modelled on the SIR model.
