This bachelor´s thesis deals with the motivation and stimulation of the SGI, Ltd. company. Notes on the problems and address possible shortcomings of the existing system of incentives. The main characteristics which should be a new system of incentives to excel are interest, the transparency, but also financial modesty. Therefore there are basic theoretical methods, which this work provides, practical solutions and suggestions that will lead to overall improvement of the existing system and thus also to streamline the work effort of employees.

This thesis deals with analyzing the actual state of company P. R. Trans, analyzing the situation and and proposes a more efficient system of remuneration. The first part is focused on clarification of the notions of reward, evaluation, wages, motivation, and their mutual relations. The second part presents company P. R. Trans, mainly focusing on its personnel policy, and its systems of remuneration and motivation. Finally, a proposal for a new incentive program is offered.

This project is dealing with an analysis of an employee evaluation systém in 2K Czech, a.s.. After a short introduction of the company I Focused on a detailed analysis of their current evaluation system. My main aim was to identify evaluators and evaluated employees, evaluating kriteria and the procces of evaluation itself. I also mention the posibility of using the evaluation process results. In the second part of the project I affer suggestions that could komplete the current evalution systém of the company.

The subject of the bachelor thesis is an analysis of the current remuneration system and employee incentive program in the specific enterprise providing suggestions for improvements. The theoretical element of this thesis focuses on explanation of the terms: remuneration, salary, evaluation, motivation and their inter-relationship. The practical element of the thesis examines the remuneration system and work incentive in the specific enterprise. In the final part on the basis of all the ascertained facts is suggested some partial changes leading to a better efficaciousness of the remuneration system.

Feature Selection Based on Combination of Uncorrelated Evaluation Functions

In order to process large amount of data, it is necessary to use computers. It is possible to use statistical methods or machine learning in some cases. In either case, data can be represented with large number of features. Selection of suitable subset of features can be crucial for efficient processing. This thesis explores a subgroup of feature selection methods which are called filter methods. Comparison of such methods is carried out and the results are used in the design of a new method. This new method uses a combination of existing methods.
Image registration

This bachelor thesis deals with various methods of image registration in the medical treatment. The criterias are elaborated for selecting the correct method of registration. This work describes parameters for proper transformation, identification, registration proces, a final assessment of registration for its approval and the corresponding evaluation. Some basic programs have already concerned with image registration and they are accompanied by basic information. This semester thesis also describes the basics of working with MRI and the creation of anatomical atlas from the magnetic resonation rat’s brain. In conclusion is described the creation of a simple graphical interface for viewing images of brain obtained from the magnetic resonance. Furthermore, the work deals with the registration of images according freely available programs and the related system of evaluation of these results. The scoring system is processed in a graphical users interface Matlab, where is used histograms, mosaic and evaluation using the cross.

This diploma thesis deals with issues concerning motivation and evaluation of the employees. The theoretical part describes suggestions from specialised literature in the field of motivation and evaluation of the employees. The practical part deals with the revealed study results which will be then apllied to the company. The aim of this diploma thesis is to offer possible suggestions based on the information discovered. These suggestions will be used to eliminate revealed imperfections and subsequently help to improve motivation of the employees.

The diploma thesis deals with internal audit of the purchase process in Slovácké strojírny, a.s. Uherský Brod. The main aim is to evaluate current situation and offer recommendations that would create added value to the organization. The analysis of current purchase situation was the core for risk identification using the „What can go wrongs“ method. Based on these findings the controls and corrective measures leading to risk reduction and suggested. Consequent implementation will ensure improvement of purchase department functioning and will lead to higher efficiency in execution of strategic and operative activities.
