Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou motivačního a stimulačního systému u společnosti SGI, s.r.o. poukazuje na problémy a řeší případné nedostatky dosavadního motivačního systému. Mezi hlavní charakteristiky, kterými by měl nový motivační systém vynikat jsou zajímavost, transparentnost, ale zároveň také finanční nenáročnost. Tudíž jsou v této práci uvedeny základní teoretické postupy, praktická řešení a také návrhy, které povedou k celkovému zlepšení dosavadního systému, a tak i k zefektivnění pracovního nasazení zaměstnanců. This bachelor´s thesis deals with the motivation and stimulation of the SGI, Ltd. company. Notes on the problems and address possible shortcomings of the existing system of incentives. The main characteristics which should be a new system of incentives to excel are interest, the transparency, but also financial modesty. Therefore there are basic theoretical methods, which this work provides, practical solutions and suggestions that will lead to overall improvement of the existing system and thus also to streamline the work effort of employees.
