PODNIKÁNÍ A REKLAMA NA INTERNETU A JEJICH VYUŽITÍ VE VEŘEJNÉM SEKTORU

V práci se zabývám problematikou podnikání a reklamy na internetu. Teoretická část popisuje podmínky pro vznik a založení firmy, elektronické podnikání (e-shopy), metody internetové reklamy nebo využití programu Start, který je dotovaný z fondů Evropské Unie. V praktické části nastíním výhody a nevýhody této formy podnikání a reklamy a zejména se věnuji využití ve veřejném sektoru. Cílem práce je zejména zjištění situace v oblasti internetového podnikání a reklamy ve veřejném sektoru a navržení doporučení ke zkvalitnění jeho služeb a vztahů k občanům.
Business strategies of the selected e-shops

The world of internet evolves quickly and it becomes an important means of trade. It brings new business opportunities with a need for specific business strategies. In order to be competitive, every company has to exploit as many advantages as possible and many advantages can be gained through the use of the internet (such as cost economization, easier integration of company departments and efficient data sharing, etc.). It is also important for e-shops to offer innovative services and user-friendly interface that will distinguish them from others. The aim of this thesis is to identify the opportunities for companies that the internet offers, to describe the specifics of internet business and its advantages and disadvantages, to analyze strategies of the selected e-shops from the Czech and the international market and to create a prognosis of their future development.

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřená na ukazatel úspěšnosti internetových obchodů a jeho vyhodnocování, konverzní poměr. Teoretická část přibližuje konverze jako takové, konverzní poměr, kroky obecně vedoucí k jeho zvýšení a také jeden z mnoha nástrojů, kterým lze konverzní poměr měřit. V aplikační části je analyzován konkrétní elektronický obchod prohifi.cz.
Comparing SaaS e-Shops for small and middle business unit

The goal of this bachelor project is to compare offers of a few e-Commerce (e-Shop) solutions which are realized as SaaS (Software-as-a-Service). After this comparison, I will try to chaose the most suitable e-Commerce projects for small and middle business units (SMUs). The project is divided into five sections. The first part starts with a definition and description of the problem. The following two sections include the theoretical aspects of SaaS and e-Commerce. There are defined the basic features and there is also written something about history and technology of these models. The next part deals with mentioned comparison of several e-Shop projects. There are defined the criterias for choosing of the individual providers and the metrics for evaluation. The output from this part is the order of the best e-Shop solutions for the Czech SMUs. The fifth section is aimed at a description of a practical e-Shop implementation. Concretely, the implementation is used for small Czech firm which deals in gardening. There are described the specific requirements of the company and estimated a future impacts on its economy. The conclusion sums up the bachelor project and there is also estimated an evolution of the SaaS model.
Foundation and operating of an E-Shop

E-Shops have become considerable source of income for enterprisers and companies -- blowing the internet bubble before several years have shown, however, that not every E-Shop is flourishing and competitive. In a rough competition has enforced just such shop that fit information, technologies and business together; effectively capitalized resources and accommodated customer's needs. The goal of this work is to try to describe important steps, activities, procedures and decisions dutiny foundation and operating of the profitable E-Shop. The work is classified into the theoretical and the practical part -- in separated chapters it describes economic analysis, lawful obligations and the general presentation of the E-Shop on a website as well as the specific presentation on example of the E-Shop MojePekárna.cz.
The comparison of a traditional shop and an e-shop

The aim of thesis is to evaluate in the same steps of the shopping procedure whether the trade, either traditional or electronic, can get the same level of customer support in the implementation of the buying process. To achieve this goal a set of criteria has been prepared, by which the selected traditional shop and e-shop are assessed and compared. The first and the second part of the thesis focus on the characteristics of the traditional and electronic trade, the procedure of shopping in both and the support requirements in this procedure. These requirements are based on usability, accessibility and other aspects related to the shopping procedure. The third part explains the method of evaluating transactions in accordance with the criteria and an assessment and comparison of the selected store and e-shop carried out subsequently. In the conclusion the suggested recommendations based on the recorded results for each trade are indicated. These could lead to a better level of customer support in the implementation of the buying process in that particular store.
Provozování elektronického obchodu formou ASP

Tématem této bakalářské práce je charakteristika elektronického obchodu, který je provozován formou ASP. Provozování obchodu je popsáno jak z pohledu pronajímatele služby, tak z pohledu obchodníka, který hledá vhodné aplikační řešení pro svůj elektronický obchod. Pro obchodníka, využívajícího tuto službu, jsou zmíněny výhody a zároveň jsou uvedena i možná rizika modelu ASP. Pro provozovatele ASP je v této práci věnována část, která mu má přiblížit příležitosti a zároveň možná rizika. Práce je zaměřena především na praktické zkušenosti autora v oboru elektronického obchodování. Pro srovnání jsou v práci uvedeny i jiné formy pořízení elektronického obchodu. Praktická část se zaměřuje na porovnání nabízených služeb čtyř poskytovatelů elektronických obchodů na českém trhu.
Using graphic in graphic interface of e-shops aplications

This work analyses using of graphic on web mainly its relations to presentation of good. First part is considered on area of web design which describes the roles of graphics on web, suitable colours and layouts. This area analyses also relations between graphic on web and its usability and accessibility. Second part is considered on graphic formats and types of graphics used on web in presentations of the good. Last part evaluates web pages of three e-shops using several characteristics. This part includes also recommendations for analysed e-shops.

In the second part there is the analysis of the e-shops. The goal of the analysis is to provide the reader with a real view on Czech e-market.
Online shops as a service to entrepreneurs

The main goal of this thesis is to encourage entrepreneur in the choice of online shop solutions offered by way of rent. This goal has been fulfilled by the creation of a simple methodical procedure easily applicable by entrepreneurs, who do not have technical knowledge and would like to use the online shop solutions through rental services. That methodology is the largest contribution of this thesis. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The first section provides an introduction to the problem, highlights the advantages and disadvantages of Internet commerce, both from the perspective of entrepreneurs as well as customers and evaluates the current situation of Internet trading on the Czech market. The second part describes the available options (categories) of establishing the online shop. The third part builds on the findings of previous parts and by using a wide range of criteria, it creates a complex methodology for the selection of specific solution implemented by way of rent.
