Cílem bakalářské práce je ve shodných krocích procesu nákupu zhodnotit, zda má obchod ať již kamenný nebo elektronický zajištěnu stejnou úroveň podpory zákazníka při realizaci procesu nákupu. K dosažení tohoto cíle je sestavena sada kritérií, podle kterých je hodnocen a srovnáván vybraný kamenný obchod a e-shop. První a druhá část práce se zaměřuje na charakteristiku kamenného a elektronického obchodu, proces nákupu v nich a požadavky na podporu tohoto procesu. Tyto požadavky jsou vytvořeny na základě použitelnosti, přístupnosti a jiných aspektů spojených s procesem nákupu. Ve třetí části je vysvětlen způsob hodnocení obchodů podle stanovených kritérií a následně je provedeno ohodnocení a srovnání vybraného kamenného obchodu a e-shopu. V závěru je na základě zjištěných výsledků pro každý obchod uvedeno doporučení, které by mohlo vést k lepší úrovni podpory zákazníka při realizaci procesu nákupu právě v tomto obchodě. The aim of thesis is to evaluate in the same steps of the shopping procedure whether the trade, either traditional or electronic, can get the same level of customer support in the implementation of the buying process. To achieve this goal a set of criteria has been prepared, by which the selected traditional shop and e-shop are assessed and compared. The first and the second part of the thesis focus on the characteristics of the traditional and electronic trade, the procedure of shopping in both and the support requirements in this procedure. These requirements are based on usability, accessibility and other aspects related to the shopping procedure. The third part explains the method of evaluating transactions in accordance with the criteria and an assessment and comparison of the selected store and e-shop carried out subsequently. In the conclusion the suggested recommendations based on the recorded results for each trade are indicated. These could lead to a better level of customer support in the implementation of the buying process in that particular store.
