Cooperative activities in kindergarten

The bachelor thesis, in its practical part, contains the program of cooperative activities in which children cooperate. The pre-prepared activities were tested in a selected kindergarten and the program was generally evaluated for its further use. The final results can be a source of inspiration for teachers and parents of pre-schoolers to set cooperative activities and increase kids involvement in individual activities. The prerequisite for the practical part of this bachelor thesis are theoretical basis, which are divided into four areas. The first is generally focused on cooperation of pre-school education, its goals and key competencies. The second part contains characteristics of pre-school child from the perspective of motorics, emotional, social and cognitive development. The third area introduces the possibilities of cooperative activities and the last part is devoted to age heterogeneous classes in kindergarten.
Amateur Poetry on the Internet as a Result of Leisure Akctivity

The work deals with relations between play, free time, amateur poetry on the Internet and selected competencies. The first chapters are devoted to the definition of the term leisure time and leisure time related participation. This is followed by characteristics of interest education and of human being as a subject of interest education. Next parts of the thesis include definitions of poetry and play and to an attempt to identify their common features. Subsequently, the thesis deals with the importance of play and poetry in human life. This work defines the term amateur literary web, maps and presents current Czech amateur literary websites. The last part deals with selected competencies, ie leisure and literary competence.
How to Workwork with Community Center Clients in Exluded Zengrovka Locality Develops Their potential

The bachelor thesis entitled "How to Workork with Community Center Clients in Excluded Zengrovka Locality Develops Their Potential "deals with the phenomena that occur in this locality as a consequence of social exclusion and activities aimed at their reduction. The thesis consists of the theoretical part and the empirical part. In the theoretical part, I discuss the issue of social exclusion and the role of ethnicity in it. I also follow key competencies that show the perspective of client's potential. The empirical part deals with the specific problems of the development of the potential of the inhabitants of the locality, with the problems of individuals, groups and the whole community. I also deal with the preconditions of a worker in this community center. The aim of the thesis is to analyze specific activities with clients in the Zengrovka community center aimed to getting clients key competencies of the excluded Zengrovka locality.
Social and Personal Key Competence Development in Textbooks of French as a Foreign Language

The diploma thesis deals with one of the most important parts of the concept of the Czech educational system - with so-called key competencies. It is focused on two key competencies - the personal and social competencies. In the theoretical part, it deals with notions of the personal and social competence in general - it is focused on the meaning of these two competencies and on the individual areas which they contain. In case of the social competence, the thesis focuses mainly on areas of social communication, social skills, social intelligence and so-called pro-social behaviour. In connection with the personal competence, it deals mainly with areas of self-knowledge, self-conception, self-evaluation, self- organization or self-regulation, as well as with the area of psychohygiene. Theoretical information about personal and social competencies is explicitly linked with language teaching. The practical part analyses four chosen French textbooks and evaluates them in terms of their potentiality to develop both competencies. It evaluates whether the chosen textbooks develop personal and social competencies and if so - to which extent.
Projects learning in primary school settings

The diploma thesis on the subject of Project education in a littleclass school raises a research question: Does the inclusion of a project education in a littleclass school help to develop pupils key competencies? The aim is to describe, analyse and evaluate the use of project education at the primary level of a littleclass school. In here project education is understood as one of the possibilities of realising educational content, which is defined by the Framework Educational Program for elementary education. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is based on the transformation of the Czech education after 1989. It points out the humanisation program of school reform and constructivist approaches in teaching. It deals with the characteristics of project education, typologies and phases of the project. It familiarises itself with the specifics of a littleclass school and with the possibility of incorporating project education into this type of school. It points out the positives, but maybe even the dificulties of project education. Inquiry-Based Science Education in Chemistry Teaching and Learning

This thesis deals with the Inquiry-Based Science Education. In the theoretical part, the characteristics and general principles of the Inquiry-Based Science Education are summarized from the available sources. Likewise its benefits and pitfalls in the introduction to schools are discussed. The work also points out to the support of The Framework Educational Programme for Secondary General Education for the inclusion of this method into the science education. On the basis of several criteria, the work analyzes previously established chemical inquiry-based tasks that are part of final thesis or some projects supporting the enlightenment of the Inquiry-Based Science Education in the Czech environment. In the practical part, the teachers using this method in science educations are interviewed and their practical experience is compared with the available information from the literature on Inquiry-Based Science Education. Finally, author of this thesis verifies the inquiry-based task in practice and presents her experience with this method. A Fulfilment of targets of the Framework Education Programme for Preschool Education in a Forest Kindergarten

This bachelor's thesis deals with possibilities of fulfilling the objectives of the Framework Education Programme for Preschool Education in the conditions of a forest preschool. The theoretical part of this work contains chapters designated to characteristics of forest preschools, their history both in the Czech Republic and in the world, and their legal treatment. In addition, there are described the objectives of the Framework Education Programme for Preschool Education, their fulfilment, planning and evaluation in a preschool. The practical part describes the implementation of an integrated block in Lesní mateřská škola Remízek (forest preschool) by its evaluation with focus on fulfilling the objectives of the framework curriculum.
Proposal for Development of the Manager

The aim of my bachelor thesis is to make a proposal how a manager should develop himself, what abilities are necessary to emphasise and what the key features of the right manager are. The theoretical part deals with the manager issues and manager development. It solves and tries to answer the question how the manager should develop himself and what he should do for his personal development. The result of this thesis is my own proposal and recommendation for a young ambitious manager. This proposal has been based on the combination of qualitative and quantitative research.
