A Conception of pre-school child's resilience and its comparison from teacher's and parent's point of view The key words: psychological resilience pre-school child initiative self-regulation attachment/relationships Abstract Theoretical part In the theoretical part the term "psychic resilience" and various approaches to it will be established. The reader will be familiarized with the factors of psychic resilience that are of the utmost importance for its development. A self-contained chapter will be dedicated to the characteristics of the pre-school child with a focus on the most important areas of said age - socialization, play, the development of self-regulation and initiative. Kindergartens as important institutions throughout the pre-school age will also be targeted. Practical part The goal of the practical part is to determine whether the viewing angle and overall conception of a child's psychic resilience differ among a child's parents and a child's teachers. Given the fact that psychic resilience is being developed in two separate environments, family and school, disparities in the conception of psychic resilience from a parent and teacher's standpoint have been observed. The standardized DECA-2 form has been used.

The main goal of this Diploma thesis was a description of fact which way people understand the nature and identify main factors and their influence on construction of natural picture in contemporary society. I managed to approach the attitude to environmental issues and therefore I used the comparison of two main groups who are living in this locality and concretely group of resident people and crofter's group. For this research it was chosen the place Lipka and Michlova Huť such a place where are living this two main groups of people together and where are some rules about protected areas of Sumava. Cultural property in armed conflicts: Typical motivations causing their destruction

In recent years protection of cultural property in the event of armed conflicts has become largely mentioned issue. Despite broad international legal codification of principles to prevent destruction of cultural property in the event of armed conflicts, destruction of cultural property obviously occurs. Within discussion on their protection, attention is not so paid to the values of cultural property representing for interested actors not merely in the event of armed conflicts. Attention is not much paid also to the motivations leading actors to destroy cultural property in the event of armed conflicts. The thesis is based on current state of knowledge both in academic or international law and it focuses on exploring motivations leading actors to destroy cultural property in the event of armed conflicts. To answer the research question: "What motivators are leading actors to actively destroy cultural monuments in armed conflicts?" is proceeded from analysis of literature that expounds the motivations for the destruction of cultural property in the event of armed conflicts. The War on Terror and the War of Terror: Revealing the post-transformation separatism Kremlin, Radical Salafism and Post-Soviet Dagestan on a Road from the Peace to the Violence

After 1999 the situation in then relatively stable Dagestan started to deteriorate swiftly. However, unlike in the cases of previous separatist movements which sprung up in some parts of the Russian Federation after the demise of the USSS, Dagestani separatists did not officially gather under the flags of nation but under the flags of Islam. Soon, Dagestan entered a period of instability and violence which turned into a vicious circle of bloodshed. In a short period of time, Dagestan radically turned from stability to large scale violence, which makes it necessary for us to understand the factors responsible for the current situation. The following thesis analyses the development of Dagestan after the collapse of the USSR, from the stable period of the 90s till these days, which are characterized by omnipresent violence. Employing the theoretical knowledge collected by other scholars and analyzing similar separatist movements in other parts of the post-socialist world, taking into account the specifics the North Caucasus region, this study attempts to identify the factors (grassroots) which caused the rise of Dagestani insurgence. Mental concentration of florball players

- english Abstract The aim of this bachelor thesis is to highlight the importance of mental concentration of floorball players during training and before a match and to highlight the importance of concentration during sports preparation. In the theoretical part of the thesis, based on the available literature sources, the thesis first discusses the topic of the sport and describes floorball in general - e.g. its history, rules, or important players. It focuses in detail on the mental concentration of players, which is related to concentration, fatigue and depression, for example, and explains what influences all of them, why they are important in sport, and which factors can affect it negatively. The practical part is based on a questionnaire survey among selected respondents. The results of the survey will be used to evaluate the influence of the players' mental concentration on their performance. This bachelor thesis deals with the use of digital technologies in preschool education. This study concerns the possibilities of connecting digital technologies with education and games. This work also discusses factors that influence children's use of digital technologies. Data gathered by questionnaires identify how teachers use digital technologies in the classroom and how the children from the same classroom use digital technologies in the home environment. Interpretation of Common Used Tumor Markers Affected by Systemic and Inflammatory Diseases Introduction: An examination of tumor markers is often made as a basis for the successful diagnosis and follow-up treatment of patients with malignant tumors. However, are tumor markers truly significant by themselves, or are they just a baseline quantitative expression of value that we use to diagnose a patient as better or worse based on it increasing or decreasing value? Objective: This paper attempts to answer the question of what factors can affect serum protein and mucin markers and thus lead to a misinterpretation of their results. Methods: Tumor markers were determined by isotopic and non-isotopic laboratory analysis methods, using operational protocols of the immunoanalytic laboratory. All methods were checked using internal quality control, and four times a year using an external quality control. Additionally, 16 236 samples were analysed using 3180 probands during the period 2008-2014. Results: We discovered that in premenopausal women, the markers AFP, CA 125 and HE 4 rise during ovulation peak periods while other markers changed minimally or not at all. The main goal of the bachelor's thesis is to determine the cost functions of the contract of the construction company Standan s. r. o.. The sub-objectives of the thesis are to define the theoretical basis of the solution, to perform a classification analysis and to define the cost function of the order. The last partial objective is to identify the key parameters of the cost function and their relationship with the total price of the order through correlation and regression analysis.
