Kuta, Marek ; Malý, Tomáš (advisor) ; Buzek, Mario (referee)
Title: Identification and comparison of movement abilities with respect to age in young soccer players Objectives: Our primary aim is the identification and comparison of movement abili- ties, chosen match and tracked by us by elite players of youth categories U8-U12 within domestic as well as international players. Methods: There were used methods of analysis and comparison to gain particular data. The tests were chosen and modified in a way to verify basic mo- vement abilities by soccer players. For our purposes we have chosen five standardized tests, which are used abroad, too. There are for of them, that measure speed abilities. Altogether, there are three tests that measure speed abilities in different intervals and one agility ability. The last test was di- rected to find out the specification of motoric skills. Results: After the assessments of measured data, that were noted in charts, and graphic illustra-tions we came to a conclusion: with the raising age, raises also the performance of the players, in most cases. From comparing our tests with others we drew a conclusion, that we achieve better results than other older individuals from different sport branches or at unprofessional level. However, compared with an elite selection of older soccer players, we are falling behind. Summary: The...

Title: Use of combat exercises in the conditioning for the football players. Objective: The main goal of this bachelors thesis is to design a combat training microcycle to improve individual performances for footballers. Methods: Analysis of literature dealing with this subject. On the basis of the information obtained and the search for transfer between the different sports a training mikrocykle will be assembled. Results: From my experience and the studied domestic and foreign literature, a weekly combat microcycle consisting of three training units containing five exercises was created, which will be applied in the training of the football player for one month. From a technical point of view the exercises selected are basic combat moves like the drag and drop, drag-outs, overpressure and resistance exercises. Key words: Combat, combat sports, football, condition
Relationship between fundamental motor skills and specific game skills in young football players.
Pfeifer, Radim ; Kokštejn, Jakub (advisor) ; Buzek, Mario (referee)
Title: Relationship between fundamental motor skills and specific game skills in young football players Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to determinate the level of fundamental motor skills and specific game skills at football players of youth league. Next aim is to determinate the relationship between these skills. Methods: The main research method of this thesis was the observation method. Followed group was consisted of football players in U12 age category from FC Tempo Praha (n=24). The level of fundamental motor skills was examinated by TGMD-2 (Test of Gross Motor Development) and the level of specific football skills was examinated by test of leading the football ball and accuracy of shooting. Results: In TGMD-2 4% of probands achieved excellent level. Next 4% of probands achieved above-average level, 46% of probands were on average level, 13% of probands were evaluated as slightly below average. Below the average were 25% of probands and 8% of probands were on very below average level. Statistically significant relationship was found between the level of fundamental motor skills and specific game skill- leading the football ball (p<0,05; r = -0,70). Furthermore, it was found that the level of specific game skill (leading the football ball) is influenced more by object control skills...

Vampola, Jindřich ; Kokštejn, Jakub (advisor) ; Buzek, Mario (referee)
Title: Comparison of content of training process due to age and period of the year macrocycle in Spanish football academy Objectives: Main object of this bachelor thesis is an analysis of trainings of two age categories and two types of macrocycle in Spanish football academy of CD Lugo. Methods: In our thesis we used a method of observation, analysis and a method of comparison. We analyse the preparations of trainings, which we then observe and method of comparison while we are comparing trainings of two different ages and two different types of macrocycle. Results: Research has shown a great representation of game training and frequent usage of methodologically organizational form preparatory games in both categories and both examined periods, when in the younger category was this training type and this methodologically organizational form less frequently than in the older category. Game training was 62 % of training content in both periods of category U11 and 56 % in preparative period and 69 % in competitive period of category U19. Methodologically organizational form preparatory games were 66 % respectively 71 % of training process of category U11 in preparative, respectively competitive period and 64 %, respectively 81 % of training process of category U19 in preparative, respectively...
Evaluation of strength, speed and agility in elite soccer players.
Altman, David ; Kokštejn, Jakub (advisor) ; Hojka, Vladimír (referee) ; Hráský, Pavel (referee)
Title: Evaluation strength, speed and agility of elite football players. Objectives: The main aim of this work is to determine the level of strength, speed and agility of elite football players (15-16 years). The secondary aim is then to identify the interrelationships between physical strength, speed and agility. Methods: The main scientific methods of theoretical - empiric character are in field testing and observation. The research group included 31 players Motorlet Praha and 30 players Bohemians Praha 1905 categories U16 and U17. Basic descriptive statistics and correlation and regression analysis were used to evaluate the measured data. Results: Little connection has been found between linear sprinter and agility tests (r = 0.28- 0.40). Very similar pattern has been found between linear sprint performance and maximum limb strength (r = 0.16-0.23) and also between the performance in the agility test and the maximum strength of the lower limbs (r = 0.15-0.18). A significantly better performance in the agility test was discovered among older players (16 years) compared to younger players (15 years). The results show the low level of interaction between selected parameters which play an important role in the game performance of football players. Performance in the agility test seems to be...

Žáček, Adam ; Hojka, Vladimír (advisor) ; Červinka, Pavel (referee)
Title: The influence of level of isokinetic force on CODS performance of football players. Objectives: The main goal is comparison of influence between isokinetic power of lower limbs and performance in CODS tests. Method: Measured group consisted of players between 15 - 19 years old from teams Motorlet Praha and Bohemians Praha. Measurement took 3 months. Players of one age category passed the tests batery in one day, that consist of agility (Arrowhead L and R, Illinois, K-test, Hexagon test, 505 L and R), Cybex was used to find informations about isokinetic force. Results: The biggest correlation was between isokinetic (IK) force and performance in CODS tests was measured between IK tests and CODS test Illinois -0,443. Other tests had from very weak to average correlation. The worst correlation was found between IK tests and Hexagon test -0,007, which showed insignificant correlation between these tests. Concentric muscle contraction achieved higher correlation than eccentric muscle contraction and with changinging degree speed was correlation in concentric muscle contraction lower, while eccentric muscle contraction correlation was slightly higher in faster degree speed. Keywords: Isokinetic force, agility, CODS, football, training
