Online Marketing Tools and their Effectiveness

The diploma thesis deals with internet marketing tools, the tools of own web pages and the tools of internet advertising. In connection with growing importance of internet marketing arises question how effective are internet marketing tools and what are their benefits. This thesis compares benefits and effectiveness to a sample of internet marketing tools based on the branch metrics and based on a Return On Investment. The research includes 10 apllied tools of internet marketing from 12 described in a theoretical part. The thesis showes different effectivity and benefits for a different internet marketing tools while the method of the research could be also different according to the specific internet marketing tool.

The topic of the thesis Efficiency of investments company Ecoproduct s.r.o. (Ltd.) is the analytical evaluation of activities, processes, economic (financial) value of the company, the influence of a legal framework on activities of the firm and last but not least the assessment of new investments. The theoretical part is referencing properly cited expert information resources. The practical application includes SWOT analysis of efficiency of the company more focused on the technical and marketing analysis (4P). The paper also brings a financial analysis of investments to the company including evaluation of performance indicators. In the resume there is the analysis of an investment to the production of beef innards and the proposal of acquisition of new machine production.

The work deals with the possibilities of tax advantageous rewarding employees using benefits. It shows pecuniary and unpecuniary forms of rewarding and motivation employees and also show their impactes on tax encumber of wages. The second part devotes how to applicate some forms of rewarding and shows their using in firms.

My bachelor project deals with the whole description and possibilities to increase prosperity of trade – construction company Dreksler. On the base of analyse of outside and inside backround of the company I offer a proposal to improve the development of marketing, trade a nd technical activities, financial resources and workers. At the end of my project contribution proposal for the company was implemented.

Energy use of biomass

The main goal of this thesis is the assessment of possible use of biomass for producing heat energy. For solving this task is necessary to make research about individual types of biomass suitable for processing. In next it must be done a research about technologies used for producing heat energy from biomass. These information have to aim at creation of overview of industrial apllications of those technologies.

The thesis deals with public investment project. The thesis first describes, what are the sources of investments, cash flows and investment evaluation methodes of investment efficiency. Further, the thesis is focused on project Urban swimming pools in Luhačovice. It is mainly about the history, construction and operation of swimming pools. Finally, it assessed the efficiency of the project in program eCBA.

The thesis is divided into two parts. The literary review deals with control, internal audit, external audit, compare and structuring of enterprises according a legal form. The own labor describes the specific organization and through a questionnaire survey assessed the situation in the organization and the proposed changes in the field of internal audit.

The thesis describes a contemporary and unusual leisure time activity which follows specific and clearly stated rules, but participation in which is nevertheless strictly voluntary and consists in motivation of participants. Activities that participants undertake are various; they have to gain new knowledge, abilities and capabilities. The thesis introduces the history and the beginning of active reserve, its organization, activity and structure. The aim of the thesis is to find out how active backup influences personal life of its members, what motivation leads to the participation in active backup and whether such an activity is beneficial for the society. The method used in the thesis is questioning.

Faith for the benefit of family functioning

The thesis deals with faith in a family and its contribution to the functioning of a family. The first chapter introduces the concept of a family, discusses the prototype of a well functioning family, the problems faced by a contemporary Czech family and the role of a social worker while working with a family. The second chapter introduces the reader to the topic of religion. The third chapter discusses a Christian family. First the marriage itself, then the characteristics of the family in question, basic functions and roles in the family. The fourth chapter refers to raising children in a Christian family, describes the basic steps to create a closer relationship between God and children and mentions obedience of children. The fifth chapter points out the importance of a prayer in a family life. The last chapter is a reflection on how the Christian faith can help in functioning of a family.
