The diploma thesis solves the value of a cultural immovable monument. The course will deal with the issue of real estate valuation in relation to the life cycle of the building and its historical value. In order to verify the acquired theoretical knowledge, a case study will be prepared, which will determine the value of the cultural monument.

The theme of this work is to define the optimal prices supplied bathroom sets. In the theoretical part, we focus on the development of the construction industry from 1993 to the present and there have been mentioned several important milestones. The most significant impact on today's situation was in 2008 and the beginning of the global crisis. The state of the economy has been influenced by it as we know it today. In the practical part, we examined the supply and demand as the fundamental theories of microeconomics. We performed analysis of clients and prices in the locality. We created the "golden middle" and according to him, we determined the most common price assemblies supplied bathroom and WC.

Problematics of the Determination of the Value of Constructions for Sport and Recreation

This diploma thesis called Problematics of the Determination of the Value of Constructions for Sport and Recreation deals with the finding of a possible difference between the price of the delivery of the building and the value of the building. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part defines value and price and then describes the possibilities of determining the price of the construction. In the practical part the offer price is analyzed and based on the market comparison the value of the selected building for sport and recreation is determined. The selected building for sport and recreation is a newly built wooden building in the village of Loučná nad Desnou. The aim of this thesis is to determine the price of the delivery of the building, its comparison with the determined value and after that to assess the existence of any difference.
Assessment of Property Valuation Risks for Banking Institutions

The thesis deals with risks related to the valuation of real property for banking institutions. In the theoretical inputs are defined areas related to bank loans, especially mortgages, real estate valuation and value analysis. There is a considerable part focused on defining the risks associated with the of real property valuation for banking institutions. There is in the practical part already made a case study, which is focused on the risk assessment that can affect the value of the pledge of real property for providing a mortgage. To meet this aim, first step is to put value on selected property for the purpose of a mortgage. The next step is based on a questionnaire survey to specify risks that affect the value of the pledge and to prioritize it. At the conclusion of thesis are compared defined risks with risks obtained from the case study.

PhD thesis solves problems of mutual comparison of real estate market prices with prices found out in a comparison way according to price regulations. The thesis is focused on real estates of type housing units, flats which are found within the area of former district city Havlíčkův Brod. From time point of view, years 2009 - 2014 were solved. Within this period, first of all data collection was under way followed by grouping information on separate trading in housing units, flats. Obtained market prices were consequently confronted with prices found out in a comparison way according to relevant price regulations. Obtained results were analyzed, this analysis was focused on chosen marks and their qualitative zones at separate indexes. Upon achieved results and newly gained knowledge, partial modifications or corrections in price regulations are proposed. Another output of this thesis is a proposal for introducing new coeficients. These make provision for difference of market and found out prices of housing units, flats in area of former district city Havlíčkův Brod in years 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014. Thanks to this, common price is possible to estimate retrospectively with the help of price regulations. At the very conclusion of the thesis, these coeficients were applied in different former district city in Vysočina Region, in concrete terms in Žďár nad Sázavou. In this way, possible use of these newly proposed coeficients was introduced in other former district cities as well which is, nevertheless, necessary to be verified in practice or subject to other research.
Valuing a Distressed Company

The doctoral thesis deals with bankruptcy and its possible solution from the point of view of expert activities. Valuation of the company in distress may be required at different stages of the business life cycle. While sometimes the valuation is requested directly by the shareholders or the managing partners facing bankruptcy (or preventing crisis) sometimes assessment is requested in insolvency proceedings by the insolvency administrator. Whether it is the intention to find out it is more beneficial for creditors to reorganise or liquidate the assets, in all these cases it is the work of experts in the insolvency proceedings who play a decisive role. The practical part of the thesis, therefore, focuses on the selection of appropriate methodologies which can be used at any given moment of crisis management.
Possibilities of Financing of Construction Investment in Municipality

My bachelor’s thesis „Possibilities of financing of construction investment in municipality“ is divided into two parts – theoretical and practical one. Theoretical part contains definition of investment, the possibility of financial resources and also thesis includes non-profit sector. I particularly deal with non-profit and non-governmental organizations, their classification and funding. The practical part is directed again to financing but this time financing specifically construction belonging to non-profit sector. For this opportunity I chose the reconstruction of the building of kindergarten Pohádka located in town Bystřice nad Pernštejnem. I performed analysis of particular possibilities that could be used to financing of the building reconstruction. Finally I also pointed to the appropriate way of financing for this city.
Risk Protection of a Construction in the Pre-Investment Phase

Construction cost modeling depending on the real contractual relations

Dissertation deals with the design of appropriate procedures for modeling of construction costs in accordance with contractors bid, considering possible risks of construction project with focus on one type of FIDIC contract conditions, the so-called Red Book. The description of the potential risk and cost impacts on the construction contract in the pre-production stage of the bid preparation and in the implementation phase.
