Proposal to change the System of Motivation and Remuneration of Employees in a selected Company

The masterś thesis is focused on the system of work motivation and employee satisfaction in a selected company. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of motivation, remuneration and employee satisfaction. The analytical part evaluates the current system of motivation and remuneration of the company's employees, employee satisfaction in the field of remuneration, working conditions and interpersonal relationships in the workplace and the effects of internal and external influences on the system. Based on the performed analyzes, changes to the current system are proposed in order to increase employee satisfaction.
Special working conditions of women

The issue of employment of women in today's society and their position in labor relations is for me, as a wife and mother, very close. Obtaining the appropriate awareness of rights that current legislation provides is in the interest of every woman. For this reason I chose for this doctoral work theme called 'Specific working conditions of women'. The aim of this work was to survey and evaluate current legislature about special working conditions for women, which is the focus of the whole work. The main theme - special working conditions of women cannot be held in isolation. Firstly I discussed about the status of women in society and in labor relations and also about the question of equality between men and women. The focus of this work is discussion about the current applicable legislation and also taking into account the necessary requirements and international legal obligations arising out of the Czech Republic's membership in the European Union, including some important judgments of the ECJ. Parent Center operators as "nurseries"

The parent center is currently the phenomenon, which is compared with the "State" schools or more today to discuss "the children's group" devoted less attention. And, in particular, in the section that deals with the care of children without parents. Although the parent centers help solve one of the social and political problems, the Czech Republic- the lack of places in nursery schools, in crèches, they lack support. Legislative support, support the child care area in MC without the participation of the parents. In the Czech Republic currently operates a total of 427 MC and in the Liberec region, on which I focused in the empirical part, has 21 maternity center. Of these 21 parent service center to care for children without parental involvement provides a total of 14 maternity center. And the MC feels the need to legislative support, which would be welcomed by, clearer rules for the operation of the parent center, especially in the environment of a child without the participation of the parents. The role of private security agencies and their status in the labor market

The dissertation "The role of private security companies and their position in the labor market" focuses on a comprehensive assessment of the state of commercial security in the Czech Republic in terms of the legislation, which define their existence and activities. The main emphasis is on the state, as major customer security services - the dissertation examines the way in which they are purchased by the security services and the consequent impact on the commercial security market in the Czech Republic. The first part describes the theoretical and factual bases, which are necessary for the empirical part of the dissertation and interpretation of the findings. This is essentially a brief history of private security services, their typology and the role they occupy in the security system of our country and also about the current legislation, which regulates the activities of private security services. The research mainly uses the method of case study are explored individual "cases", fives tenders for the purchase of security services according to the "Law on public procurement", which are then processed into generalizing case studies. 3 The bachelor thesis Trends in working conditions is focused on current tendencies in the area of working conditions, especially on the trend of democratization in organizations. The thesis analyzes this phenomenon, because it has not been described in association with working conditions enough. The main goal is to ascertain the reasons of growth of this phenomenon, its essence and the way it is realized. The reasons and the context of the formation and the growth are desribed according to surveys in a field of working satisfaction and can be also found in theories of working motivation. The essence is explained according to the authorities in this field. The emphasis is on the relationship between democratization in organizations and the working conditions. Every aspect of working conditions is described in detail, especially focused on the trends of democratization. The analysis is based on the examples of realization in real organizations. These examples can be found in whole thesis, related to the currently discussed topics. In general, the thesis strives for widening of existing knowledge with complex analysis of relationship between democratization in organizations and the working conditions.
