The Proposal of Strategic Development of Small Business Dealing with Automation and Robotics for Industrial Applications

The diploma thesis deals with the design of strategic development of a company that operates in the field of development and construction of single-purpose devices, integration of robots, and automated lines. The theoretical part of the thesis contains a literature search focusing on the development and growth of companies in terms of strategic management and related issues of order management and selected analyzes in the field. The analytical part contains a partial and overall evaluation of the current situation of the company for subsequent decision-making and selection of suitable actions. The design part elaborates the subsequently proposed solutions in the form of possible development of the company, including implementation.

First, it defines and explains the basic concepts related to the problem. It focuses in more detail on the specifics of family businesses and a description of individual strategic analyzes. The information obtained is used to process a strategic analysis, the results of which lead to the design of a development strategy and further direction of the company in order to strengthen its position in the market.

The Proposal for the Strategic Development of a Startup Operating in the Field of Online Media on the Czech Market

The thesis deals with the proposal of a strategy of a start-up operating in the field of online media on the Czech market. The first part of the thesis explains to the general concepts related to strategic management, selected analyses of the external and internal environment of the company. The analytical part of the thesis is devoted to the application of selected methods, identification of the external and internal environment of the startup and situational assessment. The findings from the analytical part of the thesis are then used to develop an appropriate strategy proposal that leads to increased sales and the creation of a stronger community of loyal customers.

Conditions for applying of Long-term intention of education of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports in the segment of preschool education in the Central Bohemian Region

This thesis focuses on the area of preschool education in the Central Region in connection with the application of the Long-term Plan on Education (DZ) of the Ministry and of the region. Special attention is paid to the context and development of the current problem, which is longer-term unmet demand for placement in kindergarten in some parts of the region. The aim of this paper is to describe the demographic and socioeconomic specifics of the investigated region and their development over the last decade as an environment for pre- school education. The theoretical part of this work presents a comparison of DZ of Ministry of Education from 2015 to 2020 with its corresponding draft document of the Central Bohemian Region (2016). It brings the discussion of selected chapters of the Strategic Plan of the Ministry of Education and Training of the Central Region in the European pre-school education. It outlines the evaluation of success by DZ the Central Region in the past in the light of statistical data. Comparison of long-term intents of education and development in regions of Czech republic

In this work there is accomplished a comparison of long-term intentions of education and development of educational system in four regions of Czech republic - Jihocesky, Karlovarsky, Plzensky, Stredocesky. It's with aim to find how much are these intentions identical or different in chosen educational areas. The work compares fields - parity of opportunities to education, to support of foreign languages and informational and comunication technologies, also area of pedagogical workers and strategy of development individual levels of education according to demographical progress. At the same time, there is made the comparison of these long-term intentions of regions with long-term intentions of education and development of Czech republic.

Tourism development in the Western Ukraine

This diploma thesis deals with the tourism development in the region of Western Ukraine. The good reason for the analysis of the Western Ukraine is the fact that the part of a region (Podkarpatská Rus) belonged to our state territory in a part of our history but an awareness of the tourism potential has not been deeply analysed yet. The main goal of the diploma thesis is to process a tourism development strategy for the Western Ukraine. A partial goal is a categorization of individual destinations of the Western Ukraine in-to the Butler cycle. The initial part contains theoretical frames for this thesis. The Western region of Ukraine is specified in the Methods chapter. Qualitative and quantitative methods are used for analyses. I received important statistical figures during a communication with representative of the State Statistics Committee of the Ukraine. I analyse foreign arrivals flows to the Ukraine and to the Western Ukraine region. Further the diploma thesis is divided into two parts. Firstly I analyse a capacity of the Ukraine tourism. Zoos within the structure and functioning of European cities

The main topic of this bachelor thesis is a comparison of a Brno city and a Zoo Brno, as representatives of European cities and zoos, regarding their structure, functioning, operation, their mutual influence and cooperation. The thesis deals with certain features that occur in urban and zoo structures and with the demonstration of individual analyses. These include, for example, analyses of planning development documentation, transport infrastructure, management and financing methods, engineering networks, or public space amenities. Evaluation of these analyses will reveal whether zoos and cities have the same, similar or completely different structure. The introductory part of the thesis deals with the origin of zoos, their development, common factors, contexts, and their influence on the structure of many European cities.

This diploma thesis deals with the proposal of the company ELEKTROKOV,a.s.ZNOJMO, specifically its Electro plant, which operates in the field of transformers, chokes, welding clamps and other winding parts. The first part of the diploma thesis is the theoretical part, which includes primarily variants of possible development of company and selected analyses of both the external and the internal environment of the company. These analyses are used in the practical part of the work, where they have the aim to assess the current situation of the company. Based on the results of these analyses, some solutions are set for expansion of the company to the foreign markets and maintain its position on the domestic market.
