Sexting as a common practise in media users life: analysis of social media phenomen

In recent years, sexting has become common part of online communication. This thesis aspires to analyse this media phenomen and sexting behavior among online users. One of the aim of the thesis is to find out if gender differences among online sexual communication occur. For purpose of this thesis, I used quantitative method of research and analysed data extracted from the questionnare distributed among internet users with use of statistics. Research did not prove gender difference in frequency of sexting, however men were more open to sexting outside of stable relationship. Although research did not confirm presumption suggesting that women deal with greater negative impact of sexting, women displayed higher concerns about risk and stigma related to online sexual communication. These concerns could be effected by gender stereotypes in sexual behavior sustained by society.

Risky sexual behavior of problem drugs users using low-threshold addictology services in České Budějovice

Basis: In the Czech Republic, an estimated 46.8 thousand problem drug users and the prevalence of infectious diseases (mainly viral hepatitis C) among problem users are high. This may be related not only to the actual use of drugs but also to their risky sexual behavior through which they can transmit infectious diseases as well. Objective: The main goal of this thesis is to describe the occurrence of risk sexual behavior in problem drug addicts using low-threshold addictology services in České Budějovice. Methods: The results of this thesis were processed on the basis of answers from an anonymous questionnaire from 50 clients of the contact center in České Budějovice, with a total of 12% of clients' contact centers. They were addressing respondents who came to take advantage of the exchange program or contact room. A total of 19 women and 31 men participated in the survey, the average age of respondents was 32 years. The research results were identified and processed in graphs through descriptive statistics. The data was evaluated in Microsoft Excel and then in Microsoft Word. Results: The results show a certain connection between problematic use of addictive substances and risky sexual behavior. Sexually transmitted Infections in Prague: Socio-epidemiological analysis

This thesis is focused on a situation of sexually transmitted infections in Prague (and in The Czech Republic shallowly) and analyzes this issue relatively to the social epidemiology. The thesis tries to identify the most vulnerable groups of a population. These groups contain homosexual men, individuals having unprotected sex and promiscuous people. Further more, the thesis tries to identify a relation between a high-risk factor and an exposition of a particular infection. For example, it was found out that sexual related risks are mostly determinated by a sexual behavior and a region where the individuals come from. Also, men are more vulnerable group of people than women according to findings of this thesis. A gonorrhoea infection is the most reported sexually transmitted infection in Prague (59,1 % of all cases). Syphilis is the second most common infection of this kind. The highest prevalence of sexually transmitted infections was reported for people with (finished or unfinished) basic education. This group of people represents 14,3 % of all reported cases. Sociology of body and its use in lessons in primary schools

This dissertation called Sociology of the Body and Its Use in Teaching at Primary Schools generally concernes with the sociology of the body, the sexual behavior, especially from a sociological point of view. The text focuses on the history of sexuality, the current concept of sexual behavior and sexual education. The qualifying work is completed with a practical part interviews with sex education teachers, who mainly answer the question about their view of teaching this subject.

Locomotion and behaviour in group of pig-tail macaques (macaca nemestrina) at Prague Zoo

This essay describes and analyzes of locomotion, sexual, afiliativní and agonistic behavior in a group of pigs macaque (macaca macaques) at Prague Zoo. Data collection took place in the period from December 2015 to May 2016. In the winter months (December to March) at the times from 9.00 to 16.00 hrs., And in April and May 2016 in time from 9.00 to 18.00 pm. The total observation period reached 240 hours. Data were analyzed using Statistics 12th and MS Excel 2007. Objectives of the work are three: (1) Based on the research literature to describe the behavioral ecology of macaque monkeys. (2) The detailed description and analysis of locomotion, sexual, afiliativní and agonistic behavior in a group of macaque pigs in the Prague Zoo. (3) Describe grooming, depending on time of day and social position in the group of pigs macaque in the Prague Zoo. We tested five hypotheses, which can be divided into four categories. We first investigated the hierarchy of the group. Furthermore, we investigated the behavior depending on the sex of the individual, and consequently the position in the hierarchy. This thesis is about what it feels like to connect, or fail, during digital or face-to-face interaction. This study aims to investigate one of the types of social interaction - sex dating and examines the role and impact of location-based dating applications in current form. The practical part is based on qualitative research method in form of in-depth interview with 18 active users. Sex education and sexual behaviour of high school students

The topic of this diploma thesis is sexual behaviour and sex education. The adolescent body goes through important biological changes that are reflected in the adolescent behaviour. The aim of this thesis is to describe and summarize the biological changes occurring in adolescence and show their connection to sexual, social, emotional and cognitive development in adolescence. The thesis also describes the psychological aspects of adolescence as well as the changes in cognition and the emotionality. Moreover, it also focuses on the development of human sexual behaviour. Finally, the theoretical part defines the theoretical basis of sex education and describes the current state of integration of sex education into the education system of the Czech Republic. Finally, this thesis also aims to analyse attitudes towards sex education of high-school students depending on the sex and type of attended high school, as well as to map experiences in sexual life of the first-year high- school students.
