Establish of dancing school

In my whole dissertation on the theme "The establishment of a dancing school", I solve the problems of suitable selection of legal form and his consequences during the establishment of a dancing school. Firstly, In my theoretic part I mostly focus on an analysis of legal forms of profitable and even unprofitable organisations, their functioning and generally the relation to finances. Then, secondly in my practical part I devote to a research in a form of questionnaire survey in dancing schools along all The Czech Republic, which shows a current situation, which means that it permits to get through the stated issue more intensively. On the basis of theese pieces of knowledges and information, I will find out, what legal form is suitable for the establishment of a dancing school in dependence on surrounding factors, for example a size of regions, a rate of competition, a main focus of a dancing school etc.
International dance school

This project is a starting point for a broader vision of an international dance institution. The work is based on a theoretical foundation that is needed to create a business plan. The theoretical part of the thesis is dedicated to a review and an assessment of a communication mix and a marketing communication. There are described the particular components of the marketing mix, the attributes of the services marketing and the tools used for the marketing research. The practical part of the thesis is focused on analysis of a current state of the communication of TŠ Hes and its rival companies. The aim of the work is to reveal the weak spots of the marketing communication and subsequently to provide a solution through a realization of particular marketing actions. The main effort is dedicated to improve the ability to attract new clients. The conclusion provides an evaluation of the marketing interventions and additional suggestions for an improvement of the marketing communication of the TŠ Hes.

The goal of the bachelor thesis is to prepare a business plan for a dance school in Prague and estimate the feasibility and effectiveness of this business type. The thesis is divided into two main parts.The theoretical part includes explanation of the important concepts, structure and principles needed for the creation of a business plan. The second part is the practical application of theoretical knowledge. It includes a real business plan for the dance school, which is mainly focused on a competitive product portfolio, identifying business risks and ways to overcome them, processing financial plan in three variants of further development. The main methods used for the preparation of the business plan are survey, benchmarking, expert estimate, SWOT and PEST analysis.
Demand -- supply analysis of dancing classes within Prague and outskirts

The thesis analyses a demand on dancing schools, meaning the rate of intentions for dancing classes and particular customers' wishes about the form and content of a dancing class. It further compares wishes in question with the contemporary supply of dancing schools and, regarding to this information, formulates problems and ways of solving by changing components of the marketing mix. Thesis further summaries theoretical principles of marketing research and applies them on particular research. The practical part presents the results of evaluation and forms recommendations.
